control yourself from reacting to those things in your mind. sounds like some hippy new age shit i know but it really do b like that. you are a product of your thoughts. the more of a certain thought you think of, the more likely you are to be affected by it. best way to do this is to catch yourself whenever you got a bad thought. ex: "wow that's so annoying" -> thinking about the word love 50x. sounds goofy I know but I can tell you that this shit really works and I feel great after doing it.…

Dawg wtf! She was giving you HELLA green lights and this is what you do? Literally she told you that she was going to show you her room. She not gonna be doing that for the creep down the street. And she's not gonna be talking about "how many people have you hooked up with since" if she doesn't think of you in a SEXUAL way. Honestly the bigger issue here tho is that the mental block you said you have is plain oneitis. Now oneitis sucks but it's not the end-all, be-all. All of us have had one…

currently relapsed a few weeks ago and am getting back into it, after being porn free for around 90 days. let me tell you that it's true that you'll feel much more mentally clear. you'll start dreaming vividly again (idk why this is, maybe dopamine release/my own personal thing?) and feel like a haze has been lifted off of you. I'm getting back into it, but basically the best and most practical way to do this is to make it as easy as possible for you to do it. Obviously Discipline is neede…

this is a bandaid for a bigger problem, which will eventually come off at some point. what op has to do is to tackle the issue at its core. you ever see that movie don jon? that dude joseph gordon levitt had a shitton of sex and still watched a lot of pornography. he's a movie character but i'm sure that there are many men out there who face that same problem.

nahhh, my brother wasnt hitting on her and there weren't really any IOIs like kino or constantly asking questions/flirting but she did ask/answer questions. I was just being beta and letting him lead instead of leading. i think if anything i'm scared of seeing that happen because that would mean I'm just being beta about it all lol

Yeah, it's been a while since I've asked him for tips and stuff. We used to talk all the time. Now, not so much. Thanks for the help.

Yeah, I got really jealous of him last night and did a bunch of negative shit without feeling too good and woke up this morning feeling the brunt of it. So learning would be the way to overcome jealousy?

nah, it wasn't a shit test, but you could have given the girls a more emotional reason when telling them why the bar was trash, like used a joke to tell them that it was trash. if you just tell it to them logically it won't be as good as a joke. holding frame was good, but giving them a logical reason wasn't

Do you have any other examples of social risks that you've done in the past? Or is there a method for making social risks?
