I think for women it slowly dies over years of death by a 1000 cuts and for the man it feels sudden and like she flipped a switch

I thought Hugh Jackman wants the divorce too? Or maybe even wanted it more?

Idk. Some of the way men here talk about women and obligations make it sound like they want a mom who has sex with them. But these women are moms to your children, and they want you to be a husband not a child

This is the first time I’ve ever heard the claim that men are loyal to women, it seems so far from the truth I don’t know how it would be seen as a maxim to begin with

A lot of these skinny guys aren’t athletic by any stretch of the imagination lmao.

I like being independent and being able to consent to my relationships instead of entering them out of necessity. I’m happy to build a life WITH a man not FOR a man

Ah see, but you ruined your body for them! It’s just another aspect of control for these folks

Then why isn’t it reasonable for your wife?

You said you have had no relationship where the female partner was also “open”. My guess is you are selecting women you can control

Doubtless they derive pleasure from it, or else they wouldn’t be such simps to protect it

Men are so protective of their porn. They’re simps for women that don’t even know them

Marriages are ending because of porn, and partnered men can’t get it up for their spouse and would rather fap to porn. I’ve said it before but this theory doesn’t work because the vast majority of men with access to sex would rather be online

All the men on here saying porn is a substitute for hook up culture are ignoring the fact that men with wives or girlfriends still consume porn

Im sorry you’re going through this and hope his voice isn’t internalized in your head, what he says is cult speak

I respect a lot of men I work with or that I learn from through reading their work who aren’t in charge of me in any way.

It’s bad in a practical way, in the sense that it can interfere with what they expect in a real romantic relationship

Probably because they’d rather be free

They’d be with you because they love you, not because they’re dependent on you. They’d be with you out of freedom and not necessity

Because these men think male hypogamy is a matter of justice and the way things are, but female hypergamy is unjust and the way things are.

Maybe men should, but they don’t. I know my father’s begged my mother not to leave, not necessarily bc he’s happy in marriage, but bc being a divorced middle aged man is worse

I think generally speaking men thrive in marriage more than women do, and do worse as single men as they get older and have no one to care for them. They really want to be cooked for and have someone clean for them and basically make a home for them. Women can feel pretty overextended especially as they age and nothing in their work load of life inside and outside the home changes. I definitely know lots of moms who have passed onto daughters “don’t make the same mistake I made”.

For me it’s bc it’s a huge time investment to become good at it and I hate to lose. Not worth it compared to other demanding things bc it’s all virtual

Look you messed up by not being able to define the parameters of the genre of question, either on purpose to prove your point or on accident.

I don’t know how you could participate on this sub and not know this is one of the major aspects of this genre of complaints

Implicitly yes not getting sex is one of the primary complaints and “struggles” these men say they have

Empathy does not make you want to ha e sex with someone nor should it so what role is empathy playing in your answer to OP question

I think you’re overestimating the extent to which women CAN be themselves in their dating lives
/r/PurplePillDebate03/10/20 02:17 AM

Well, one problem with TRP is that in real life men overestimate their value, and so I do think they often think they can do better and move on.

In my humble opinion, it really seems to me like most of the men come here having internalized all of the vocabulary of the red pill, and they don’t really seem purple pilled. So they sort of just end up talking each other back into red pill though inside somewhere they are looking for purple pill answers but won’t relinquish the view
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/20 01:09 AM

Oh yeah. For sure this is what I worry about, and I don’t understand how it isn’t the first concern of any reasonable woman

It’s true. If you have sex with a guy too early most of the time he will throw you over.
