It's very easy to go the blackpill only looks matter route when something like this happens. Which is why I want to offer some counterpoints: While looks obviously do matter, they matter less for women than men. Average-looking guys can still do great and get girls that others will consider "out of their league" if they do well in other areas (fitness, clothes, career, charisma, game, etc.). But I will admit younger girls seem to care more about physical looks, perhaps even to the same level as …

It doesn't have to be running, any form of cardio works. My knees are fucked from running but I get plenty of cardio from kickboxing and sparring.

One thing I'm seeing in these comments is people getting hung up on the idea of reaching happiness. That shouldn't be your ultimate goal. Why? Because it's impossible and unhealthy to be permanently happy. Happiness is fleeting. What you should strive for is to be content. At peace. To be content is to appreciate every moment that you're alive. It's like a lesser form of happiness that is always present. How do you reach it? I'd suggest starting with Stoicism. That plus meditation has literally …

That's what I'm thinking as well. The whole reason she is into me is because I never get clingy with her.

I know they don't. She flew here twice on her own dime to see me. Then she made a fuss about coming out here again because I'm not able to travel at the moment.

Start reading about Stoicism, it's helped me a lot with dealing with the hardships of life we all go through. I'd recommend beginning with the meditations by Marcus Aurelius.

Lift, do martial arts, read, meditate, do things that make you uncomfortable. That's my routine.

Most supplements are bullshit. The only ones I recommend for overall health (including test) are vitamin D and fish oil.

Do whatever your heart desires. That shit is literally in your DNA. I used to overthink it because I had very little sex experience, but it's literally do whatever you want to them and fuck them hard. Spank them, choke them a little, hold them down by the arms or shoulders, grab their tits. Outside of that, I would highly recommend kegel exercises. They will give you harder erections and you can last a lot longer. I tried it one time before sex and it was a huge difference.

As an introvert, I think the best thing you can do is improve on your ability to socialize. You'll never be as good as an extrovert and you'll need more time alone, but it is very beneficial to all aspects of your life to be sicuak. I've accepted that I'll never have the social savvy of my outgoing friends, but at the same time I'm happy I'm at a point where I'm comfortable going out and meeting new people.

I don't use social media because I think its a cancer on modern society. Seeing women (and increasingly men) stare at their phones 24/7 in public and even my friends or my friends' friends it just depressing. Social media is a huge waste of time, social media makes you jealous of other people's lives, and there is an increasing amount of research showing it makes people depressed, sleep deprived, and other related issues. If you want to meet girls, just talk to them in person. That is far better…

1)Don't be needy. Neediness is the #1 killer of attraction. Are you making her laugh because what you're saying is amusing and entertaining you? Then do it. Or are you really doing it to please her and make her like you? Then don't do it. 2) Show girls your sexuality. Eye contact, smirking, holding them, gradually physically escalating. You can do it with words too (e.g. sexual innuendos), but I'm bad at talking so physicality works best for me. 3) Push and pull. Give her some attention, then dr…

Just fucking do it. Nobody gives a shit if you're alone. Going out alone can be much better than having a wing or group as well. Don't have to worry about the needs/actions of another person and you're free to do whatever the fuck you want. I've only went out solo like 6 times total but in those times I've made a couple friends, met a girl, and had a good time. And one of those friends is a 30 y.o. scrawny, short Asian dude who mostly goes out solo and has had better success than me because he g…

Wrestling is great for building mental and physical toughness. Just don't overdo it, and get out if you start accruing serious injuries. Wrestling is one of the worst sports for fucking up your body, especially your joints.

The more you improve the less you care about it. I used to think about this shit on a daily basis. But since I've made big improvements in myself I think about it less and less, and when I do I just legitimately laugh it off instead of feeling like shit.

Honestly, there are only a few core themes here that are universal that you really need to learn. Things that mostly have to do with the biological nature of men and women. Abundance mentality, confidence, lifting, how female attraction works, etc. These things will never change until we either start artificially modifying our bodies or live millions of years to evolve into something different. Everything else is the experience of a specific man in a specific context, which is why you should tak…

The only way you'll ever get good at doing things that make you anxious and afraid is by doing them. Start small and escalate over time until you're comfortable with it.

Stop being a faggot and go lift. Once you put on some muscle you'll notice a difference in how women look at you. If you want to know if you're ugly go post your mug on /r/amiugly

I use the app insight timer most of the time. It's free guided meditation, which is great for starting out because you need help focusing. After you do that for a while, you'll find you can meditate on your own.

Hey guys thanks for the advice. After our group outing I dropped her off and she seemed receptive to a date next week with just the 2 of us. I tried to kiss her again but she denied me and only went for the cheek. I'm starting to think it's just a Japanese cultural thing where they want to take things very slow.

I do but I imagine it would be awkward, especially if her friends come over to my place afterwards (my roommates are going as well). As for the car... she seems timid so I don't think that would work, at least not the first time.

Not surprising in the least, Macron is a globalist puppet that's pushing mass immigration, feminism, LGBTQ rights, transgenderism, etc. Dude is married to a woman who's like 20 years older and was his teacher for fucks sake.
