1	What is alpha and what it entails? Thanks for posting this. I've read in a few different threads about the extreme lack of confidence that people from religious backgrounds always suffer. 3	Learn to fucking cook. If I'm understanding you right, a big part of this working is that you're in front of her actively demonstrating this skill to her in real time. While I totally understand where you're coming from, I'd just like to share that the best dishes I've ever made all came out of a crock pot. You can do anything from pot roasts to soups to chili with minimal prep time and pretty much no oversight afterwards.
