4	Cop had enough of the girl resisting. I noticed that too. In handcuff training, my trainer told a story about a cop who was arresting someone who and placing them in handcuffs. One hand was cuffed, suspect got the second hand free and swung at the cop. The loose end caught the cop's mouth and "fish-hooked" him. 1	Captain Marvel... sigh This "variety" of which you speak may exist for the alter-ego of the heroes, but the heroes themselves are still the same masculine, physically-powerful archetype that all superheroes are. I bet you could read the screenplay of many of these superhero movies, ignoring what the final production has done, and not be able to tell the gender/skin colour/sexual orientation of the hero.
