I did read it and that was all I could say or suggest because no matter how many other people tell you, what you believe in yourself and what goes on in your mind is always more powerful. The more you, yourself, consciously do things to convince yourself of that and go out of your way to really prove that to yourself, the better result you will have than some stranger just telling you it.
