Delete it immediately. Sit her down and let her know how uncool it is, and how much of a damage this can cause to you if the pictures were leaked.

Jeff Bezos wouldn’t have 3 kids and still achieve what he has done. Shared parenting + shared assets = fair

And the senate has not vetoed a bill since like ever, it’s safe to assume it’ll pass. Together with rape shield laws and the law of unintended consequences, this is going to be a disaster.

No reason to think that it can’t happen there too. I don’t believe the bill has passed so there’s still hope.

On one hand I agree we should name the false accusers. On the other hand, the lives and reputation of these men are forever ruined and one way to try to repair that is not to forget them.

I agree with that as well and the whole argument of teach men not to rape is silly. The trouble is the people giving this advise usually aren’t the ones to bear the consequences.

I suppose saying “mistakes happen” could imply the victim did something wrong. Being at the wrong place at the wrong time might fit better.

“Connolly, who pleaded guilty to unlawful wounding without intent, was ordered to carry out 180 hours of unpaid work and a rehabilitation requirement for 25 days.” Unlawful wounding without intent - causing injury without intent is an accident and accidents can’t be unlawful. She’s guilty of assault causing bodily harm.

That’s what I meant by “how she feels after”. If she regrets the encounter she can claim it was rape. Proving there was consent is gonna be difficult or impossible. Here’s a case that made the news in canada http://nationalpost.com/opinion/a-good-day-for-justice-watch-christie-blatchford-break-down-the-ghomeshi-verdict Jian Ghomeshi was a radio and tv personality who got accused by 8 women of sexual assault. Lucky for him he saved all their emails and handwritten letters from his accusers which …

I doubt it would be slam dunk for few reasons: 1 . A woman’s sexual history is inadmissible so whatever text she may have sent is irrelevant. 2. This is age of affirmative consent, which means consent must be continuously sought and she can withdraw at anytime, including after the act depending on how she feels after. 3. #believeAllwomen

I don’t think there’s anything wrong going on a date with a feminist but as Susan Venker said don’t marry one. https://www.suzannevenker.com/single-post/2017/10/10/Real-Men-Dont-Marry-Feminists Knowing that it’ll only take her word to get you kicked out of school, should things go beyond lunch, protect yourself.

The current narrative is that women have it worse (as if it's a zero sum game) despite the evidence to the contrary, and as long as that narrative remains, we can't expect anything to change.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
