I was quoting what OP had said in the comment I was responding to. I was pointing out that OP was engaging in a double standard. He was going off his "sincere beliefs" but wouldn't listen to anyone unless they had "proof." In addition, his comment had a very douchey tone to it. The thing that really rings true for me is that both movements (and others not mentioned) overemphasize how the persons represented by the movement are VICTIMS. Repeatedly telling a group of people that they are victims does a lot of damage to that group because they believe it. And if they believe it they will act like victims.
