Even worse is that I really think some of the foreign women don't see it that way... like when some of the American women go abroad in the other spinoffs the men act like in their cultures its expected to be subservient and do whatever the husband says. And the American women are like hell nope but the foreign mothers/sisters/family are like 🤷‍♀️it is what it is, you must respect your man 🙄

I understand wanting to have a cohesive family name, but what really grinds my gears is when a woman has a child and gives her/him the baby daddys last name, especially when theyre not married.! It so prevelant... famous examples being the Kardashians. All of their kids took their dad's last names, despite the business value of the Kardashian name.

I slow ghosted a friend like this a few weeks ago... started feeling like it was a mistake because we have been friends for over 10 years. Thank you for this post, I needed a reminder of why I made the right decision!

Truth. Im finally ready to date again, and quarantine was a great time to get over my ex. I guess waiting a few more months cant hurt, just more time to work on myself and my hobbies

Alumni events is such a good idea, I honestly never considered it as a way to meet men! And youre so right about ghosting, I don't even take it personally anymore. Mixed signals means no

Hey ladies, new to this sub but have been enjoying the advice (and memes) so far! However I keep seeing a lot of advising against using dating apps to meet men. My question is where do you meet them? Especially since going out isnt really an option right now

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
