Markets and sexual dynamics (markets) operate on very similar principles. That's why the language was adopted. Sexual markets are essentially free, and will benefit the best "capitalists" within them

That's what happens when you use people and you have a conscience...you feel guilt. I think it can be massively damaging to some girls to treat them like that, and that it should be avoided if possible. Contrary to the general attitude around here, your conscience is telling you the same thing

Haha I feel you with the bread. Generally i think it's way more important to cut sugar. But the low carb/paleo thing synergizes really well with intermittent fasting, because it gives you sustained energy. That's what makes it doable for me; I'm not starving, and it doesn't feel like i am either. But like i said, it takes a couple weeks to break the carb addiction. 10 pm will roll around and you will desperate for some bread lol

Personally, intermittent fasting combined with a paleo-ish diet. Completely cut out sugar (even most fruit, berries are the exception) and refined carbohydrates (bread, pasta, etc). It'll take you 1-2 weeks to adjust and get over carb cravings. I was floored by how well my body responds to this treatment. It's kind of tough for me to gain muscle mass, but i look way better at a lean 170lbs than a softer 180

No, but there's a dietary explanation. Western diets are awful, men and women alike. Due to hormonal differences women put weight on more easily

You can't predict human behavior with 100 percent accuracy. The "rules" laid out by trp are really just useful generalizations. I've had a problem with "AWALT" for that reason. Yes, you're best off assuming AWALT, and it sounds like that's the point. But in reality NAWALT, you can't speak in absolutes with so many variables at play

Good on you man. I've been an unknowing Chad, and in the end I didn't have the guts to let the guys know. Just cowardice, or callousness, but I look back on it with shame

Man I can relate to that feeling. Proverbial light bulb, I realized my ex was exactly like all of the girls I never had any respect for. Truly believed she was different. Hot damn I was wrong. But having my eyes opened like that turned out to be really valuable once I came to terms with it, and I believe my life has improved as a direct result.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
