What I used :- Used to sleep under the sky. The sun heats up the body even before you wake up. Instant energy boost. Workout. Heavy lifting. Eating. Probably 1 meal every 3-4 hours. Multivitamins and minerals. Good sleep. No to very less electronic device use. Stimulants. Coffee. And whatever you can get your hands on. Umm you tell me.

Yes. Never ever tell how much you have and what kind of people you live/pass your time with. It can make others really jealous. I never introduce my friends or tell about my whereabouts whenever I'm out of town to my friends. Fuck them. Never tell how much you have in your pocket/bank. Always act like you're sort of money.
