It was approved for awhile, but then taken down. One of the mods claimed he hadn't had the chance to really look at it when he let it stay up before, but then he "now saw" what it was and decided to remove it. Another problem is potential abuse of this data by authorities. How would it be open to abuse more so than the current system? Fairly certain it means that the police are required to personally go to the residence themselves and hand (serve) it to her. All such a distinction would do is encourage vigilantism, and still does nothing to protect the wrongly accused. Even then, not even violent rapists should be mobbed. If a person is still a danger to society, we shouldn't be releasing them. I don't believe someone is going to break into his home and steal it. I know that there are certain people, namely parents, who will stand over a kid's shoulder while commanding the minor to delete things that the person doesn't agree with.
