1	Bill Manser: Wrongly Imprisoned For 5 Years Manser didn't submit a DNA test. So whatever this lab got was from someone else. That much was made clear in the show. All they had was mystery DNA. No address, no license picture, no social security number. None of it. There was no human error, this woman clearly got DNA from the father of the kid WHO SHE ADMITTED THAT SHE WAS IN CONTACT WITH.
