I agree, though I am already dating someone at the moment. Using the Style Life challenge more as a self-improvement book (social anxiety) then a picking up women book. Maybe I should attempt at # closing and just not ever call them back (for practice)? Thanks for the advice.

I know this might sound like an odd question... but are there any books that revolve around "improving yourself" as a person (finding a better happier you) without the whole dating aspect? I say this because I have a girlfriend, but I still consider myself shy and quiet at times and don't know how to act in front of others.
