Stop approaching women at work. They are there to work. The waitress especially bc she probably deals with that often and has to pretend to be nice regardless bc she’s dependent on tips. Instead just flirt and hope they catch on. Don’t ask them out directly but make it clear that you’re open and give them the green light to make a move.

You need to learn to compensate with something. I don’t know what you look like but if you really are ugly/repulsive/unattractive/weird like you say you are, and by the comments I would also guess miserable, then you can’t just bring nothing to the table and expect companionship. sometimes people can just bring looks/personality and that’s enough! If that’s not you, idk, devote yourself to making money bro.

I would hit the DMs then. Most girls don’t follow guys they’re not attracted to back if they don’t know them already.

If she didn’t follow you back then your chances are 0. I’d try unfollowing and following her again to see if she didn’t notice or wasn’t interested the first time. If still no follow back, again chances are 0.

Women in the workforce don’t necessarily need a guy with “things going for him.”

It depends on the job to be honest. I understand that we are supposed to look good at work but when I worked as a hostess at a restaurant I put literally zero effort into my looks. Now that I have a degree and I am working in corporate finance as an intern, I look more than good every single day. I’m one of those people that “ can be hot when they want to be” which is usually never. It actually pisses me off how differently I am treated when I am done up.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
