It does happen but only to a certain extent and on a much smaller scale.

I know of tons of 5's and 6's who rode the carousel their entire youth with not shortage until they hit the wall. A CC rider can be not great looking (sometimes even obese) and still get stuffed on demand by making an appearance at almost any waterhole in the US at happy hour or on a weekend .

I try to treat TRP as a way of life not a show that I put on for others. All it took was realizing how my beta traits were fucking me over, that's all the motivation I need to continue on the right path (TRP).

I happen to know a confident beta also (not great looking and close to hitting 40). He's always on face book crying about being single and has no problem laying out his betaness to women and other guys in real life. He treats all women like princesses that should be stored in a glass case and is angry that no girl is willing to give him the time of day. I had some slight beta traits that were fucking me in life in general but this guy is just pathetic. Confidence being used in the wrong way can …

Don't take it personally, women are hard wired to act the way they do (many times subcontiously), all we can do is learn how to deal with it.

Look at celebrity chefs like Gordon Ramsay and Wolfgang Puck, nothing beta about them.

In my case being myself, too nice (even when it wasn't earned), unable to stand my ground, and giving up on exercise were all leading me to a very dark place. Do to all of the above women have shown zero interest in me and has made it very difficult for me broaden social circle. Think about it for a second, would you rather hang out with a group of positive/outgoing people who are successful and have there shit together or with a group of negative people who constantly complain about everything …

I'm on the same boat. Overcoming rejection through trial and error seems straightforward but is scary as hell to anyone who has avoided it all off their lives. TRP has given me a good platform to no not give a fuck and carry myself in a more confident manner, I'm sure I'll overcome this stupid fear inside of me soon.

Plenty of successful men go out bars alone, don't let the "creepy" shamming get to you (many women are mostly jelous that they lack the confidence to do this). Dress well, go out, and have a great time.

Nice usually just means being too agreeable and too eager to go out of your way to please them. Stand your ground and maintain frame, you don't have to become a total asshole.

From what I've seen it's more like a 1-2 scale when it comes to men's looks being judged by women Fuck yes Fuck no If you're not very attractive (as long as not a slob) but have great social skills, witt, and confidence you may be updgraded to 1 after some considerable effort.

Refusing to be a doormat to others and holding frame (I no longer get worked up over negative comments or jokes). Not getting angry when someone tries to get a negative response out of you is one of the best things you can can to shatter their ego.

I'm currently an incel (prostitues are the only sexual contact I've ever had and don't feel they count as far as incel goes) started my journey down TRP path months ago after running into the sub and accepting the fact that being "myself" wasn't going to change anything. Overall I'm happy on my current path. I now have new motivation that I didn't have before. Fixed my posture, began working out again and have dropped a few pounds. My confidence is now much better than what it was 6 months ago. …

I've smoke cannabis a few times during my lifetime and its not my cup of tea. Out of the 9 smokers that I know, 7 have zero ambition in life other than getting high, the other 2 are actually productive adults. To me mj use in a girl is a big red flag, no way I would even attempt an ltr.

Facebook, instagram, snap chat, ect all have their pros and cons, the good news is that you can have full control of what you decide to post. Do not ever post anything negative or complain about anything via social media. Stay positive and only post things that increase your smv, show your followers how awesome your life is and how you give zero fucks.

Post TRP I was already making some improvements in my life but not nearly enough to see solid results. I was raised to be kind and polite, I still believe in those values but now use them sparingly when earned by others. Being too nice to others, even when I wasn't shown respect made my life very difficult for many years. I try to keep my kindness in check now and treat others according to their attitude. Learning the concept of keeping frame has help me quite a bit along with refusing to be a d…

Women are attracted to whatever or whomever gives them the "tingles". If I were to pretend that girls are "retarded" I would be handicapping myself mentally. Women are more like children (children are far from "retarded"), they will manipulate people and situations to their advantage.

The "beta" "alpha" labels are the easiest way to explain male behaviors that women will turn women either off or on. Before finding TRP I was a walking blueprint of a beta. Guess what, after learning about alpha/beta behaviors I knew exactly what my problems were and started to work on them. I still have a long way to go but I can tell you that my confidence level is much higher now vs 6 months ago when I didn't have a plan.

I also have a mother that would never in a million years cheat on my dad, which I can only attribute to the way she was raised and my dad not being a dull man with a shitty personality. At the end of the day I think you just have to weed through the red flags. A girl who has a reputation for sleeping around with alphas will not make for a good LTR, no way around it. Weeding through all the red flags can be quite a chore but not impossible. Women are incited to cheat and cuckhold men by demented …

I had the FA theory stuck in my head for most of my life, and then I discovered TRP. In my theory it all comes down to mainly social skills, you have to accept the fact that your social skills suck and slowly improve them. You won't find many women who enjoy dull and passive personalities. I discovered my flaws and have been working on them daily. Prostitutes are a great quick fix for incel, but on the long run it can (in my case) leave you feeling a bit empty. I lost my virginity to one and con…

I see what you're saying. Feminists don't ague with logic, they argue with emotion. I refuse to partake in any sort of argument with people who argue based on emotion (both men and women). I'll simply ignore and move on. Arguing with feminists shouldn't be on the table.

My personal rules in handling arguments are to never ever back down from my position while remaining calm + cool headed and never allowing anyone drag me into an argument that I can't counter with facts. In my humble opinion an argument is only lost when you accept it and the other person knows it. I also never go out of my way to prove anything that I say.

I would venture to say that most of us attempting to apply red pill to our daily lives are here for many of the same reasons. When I found out about TRP and started reading about it I got a huge sense of relief inside of me, the reasons I was wasn't successful were crystal clear to me after that. You mention being disappointed that you found out that love isn't something that "just happens", I actually believed in that concept before learning about TRP. My reaction to this revelation was one of …

I haven't ran into him since. I'm expecting more "male" shit tests from him and will deal with him accordingly. I'll give you a few more tips on becoming more social. I went through most of my life without many friends, I still have only have a handful of close friends (I'm in my early 30's). My main issues were insecurity, betaness, and shyness (I still struggle a bit with being more talkative and am working hard on that aspect). I have forced myself to interact more anywhere I go. Let's say yo…

Not a problem. I was actually practicing a halfassed frame before discovering RP (through the observation of powerful men) without even knowing what it was. Now that I know what TRP and frame are I have managed to improve it (not 100% perfect yet but I'm confident I'll be there soon enough). Real life xample. A friend of a friend has always tried to pick on me and make himself seem comical in front of others. Just a few weeks ago (afternot seeing him around for a while) this guy tried to make fu…

I started my journey into RP a few months ago. I can tell you from my own experience that keeping yourself within frame will compleatly destroy those who try to step over you and will also earn you respect. Learn to control your emotions by adopting a IDGAF attitude, at the end of the day words are just that, words. Don't play into the game of becoming angry and/or upset, stay within your box (frame) and never leave that box. Best of luck to you.

I own one that has paid for it's self already and my parents own 4. Rentals are great investments in my opinion. Don't let anyone anyone try to talk you out of it (trust me people will try to). We manage everything ourselves and only pay for the repairs that we can't do ourselves.

IMO Frame is keeping yourself in a box that no one can get you out of (emotionally). Someone tries to get you worked up and/or angry, you stay inside your box while remaining firm and not taking shit (don't be a hot head who explodes with anger). Your frame is composed of your own rules and no one ever steps over the line. You should react to stressful situations in calm and collective fashion.
