I believe there isn’t an upper limit. However would could be considered appropriate is 3-4 months worth their monthly salary. This is so true. Just let him be and watch. Just observe and see who he really is when he isn’t given any prompts, cheat sheets or play cards on how to win you over (or sleep with you). Absolutely! The world still is your oyster, but I understand what you mean. I have learnt a hundred lessons on FDS, and if it means I don’t have to learn 90 of them the hard way, I would be silly not to takeaway all the wisdom being given. Your advice is invaluable. I never even thought to interview just for the sake of knowing market value and opportunities out there. I might start to look into how I can put that into practice. So happy for you as well! I think between the ages of 18-22 is actually where I was exposed to the worst of pickmes and LVM in university. If you already found FDS at 18, you’re going to already be so much more aware and wise.
