i've heard in the past the women cop are in fact more likely to use their weapon/be more lethal. it had to do with avoiding physical confrontation before it even begin. can anyone look into that?

Its not the same test. Generally, for these kind of professions all physical trials are made easier for women. Take a look at this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zb_WYGtZ7K4 and yet they ask for equal pay for equal job despite not being able to do these expected tasks for physical jobs such as female private security (which will always call for the male counterpart to stop a fight) or police officer.
