My husband had a lot of stuff that he was sentimentality attached to but kept in storage. Pictures, gifts from family and friends, things he got on his travels... I hung frames and floating shelves and display this stuff now. Some stuff has been repurposed (with permission). For example, I've been using his tank shell as a vase for newspaper flowers.

Having large breasts when you're out of shape is similar to having a day off when you're unemployed, right? In that spirit, I'm okay with losing my boobs I guess... I guess. Haha. The thing is, I was 100-105 pounds and 32B five years ago. And now I'm 120 pounds and my 32A bras are gaping in the cups. I had babies in 2012 and 2014, and I joke that they sucked all my boob fat out. I have no idea if that's how it works- I think it might be more likely that my hips have widened and changed my propor…

My goals are to lose about 15 pounds and lean to exercise. (Honestly, I don't know how to exercise at all. I always just used to dance 20+ hours/week, I've never been to a gym in my life!) I have been losing weight just by restricting calories and the numbers on the scale are dropping but Im starting to look flat chested already though my arms, thighs and belly are still wobbly.

"I don't even know if I consider this cheating/a breach of our marriage vows or just an addiction of some kind..." It can absolutely be both, equally. Even if he is suffering from an addiction to pornography and risky sexual behavior (which I believe to be serious legitimate addictions, for the record) he still made a choice. An addiction isn't a gun pointed at anyone's head. We can always choose to take steps to better ourselves, to learn to overcome obstacles. But he doesn't sound like he thin…

Sometimes the medication or the condition itself can change your apiteite or your energy levels, however, being hungry doesn't cause weigh gain- responding to the increased hunger by eating more does. Being tired doesn't cause weight gain- responding to the tired feeling by moving less does.

Ballet. I've danced since i was a little girl and it's the only exercise that I really look forward to and love. Great for flexibility and posture. I mostly just go through exercises and stretches at home (my kids are 1 and 2) but during the year I join in the beginners adult ballet class, 1 evening a week. The choreography is easy peasy, it's just fun and exercise. And I've met some lovely ladies there.

It all comes down to choice, doesn't it. I find RPW so refreshing in a world of people who seem to believe they MUST do exactly what their biology 'tells them' to do. Nobody is that powerless.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
