4	Flirting for noobs I think the biggest problem I have with canned lines is that they're too long. People at parties and clubs don't talk in 4 sentence stories, they talk in short bites of conversation. Anything that involves you talking for more than ten seconds straight without input from her is going to seem out of place. 1	I don't feel comfortable in most situations. I feel the same way sometimes, I've found a pretty good solution. For me, the problem is that I'll be doing work or other non-social activities for most of the day, and then I won't know what to do when I'm at a party or any other event with a large number of people.
