8	Learn from my experiences: Lesson 1 - Text Less When I watch sports, a movie, go out for a drink, eat, etc I turn my phone on airplane mode/do not disturb. Especially at night. You will build up an abundance to not giving a fuck to texts etc over time. I started completely turning off the sound and vibration of my phone when I'm doing something. Question: Wouldn't the possible gain in the dinner scenario you provided be, that the others would see you as more intelligent, thus more alpha than the host?
