Have you ever considered that these women learned to use placating language with you because of the way to react to “confrontation”?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/26 05:10 PM

I would say that many women are doing something to end the draft. They are choosing to not have children that could be drafted. Politicians must end the draft.

Many of us were raised to believe this. I was groomed to replace my mother as the matriarch of the family and it was instilled in me in a multitude of ways that this role is the most important thing I’ll ever do. I’ve been deprogramming that over the past few years and it’s been eye opening for sure. Much like men were raised to believe that their only value is wrapped up in how much they provide. We were raised that our only value was in how organized and happy our family is, how clean our home…
/r/PurplePillDebate23/06/26 03:55 AM

Oh. Well considering that, statistically, men commit more theft from their employers, I do not agree with your assessment that women are riskier hires.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/06/26 10:56 PM

How are women an “objectively riskier investment” in employment?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/06/26 10:39 PM

There was a whole post yesterday with this man claiming he had “ways” of knowing🙄. He was not going to share them and he had since outgrown needing them… it was bonkers and off putting.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/26 03:04 PM

Those are solid prayers. Thanks!
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/26 01:00 AM

Any requests?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/26 12:40 AM

Not yet
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/26 12:23 AM

Jesus died alone. And as far as I know, God never had a wife.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/26 12:17 AM

Exactly!! And it completely disregards the subversive nature of most abusive relationships. They are generally not slapping women around on the first date…
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/26 10:36 PM
14

I’ve read a couple of these posts in the past few hours and the best I can figure is that they are saying “accountable” but they mean “punished”.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/26 08:20 PM
2

Yeah the more I read, it really does seem pretty scary and awful out there in the dating world.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/26 06:35 PM
2

I’m just trying to understand. Honestly. I don’t know a lot of instances personally where women or men are ignoring these obvious red flags and continuing the relationship to the serious stage. Like, I had two serious boyfriends before I met my husband 20 years ago. I learned a lot from each one and none of them were similar men. My friends have pretty similar experiences. So really just don’t understand.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/26 06:04 PM
2

So are we talking situations where you begin the relationship knowingly as the other woman and are surprised when he cheats?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/26 05:54 PM
6

What would accountability look like to you in this instance?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/26 04:30 PM
5

You’re welcome to believe that. But just like your ideas about women, you’re wrong. I really do hope that you are able to change your outlook had have fulfilling relationships.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/26 01:26 PM
6

Welp. Good luck with that! I wish you the best
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/26 01:11 PM
8

What a sad thing to believe. I hope you’re able to move past these incorrect beliefs.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/26 01:03 PM
7

lol, he would not need to take a bullet for me.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/26 01:02 PM
12

Right? My husband travels a lot for work and it seems like EVERYTHING happens when he’s not home, lol. Thankfully, I didn’t marry him for his handyman skills cause he’s almost never home when the proverbial shit hits the fan. And honestly, I’m a better shot than him. I miss him when he’s gone, but not for home maintenance and body guard reasons.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/26 12:54 PM
14

In my personal life, I’ve run across very few things that I needed help moving. And even at work, it’s mostly doable. Not that hard to get a tractor battery into a hand truck. Which is the same way the boys do it.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/26 12:40 PM
1

Yeah, I’m sure. I should have clarified “of red pilled internet guys” instead of “most of them” I’ve met too many wonderful men in real life to think that men are awful or that somehow women are better.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/26 10:36 AM
0

I disagree. Politely.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/26 11:12 AM
3

Why?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/26 02:31 AM
7

Yeah I truly was not picking up what he was putting down, lol. If someone says the same thing about men not maturing past 16 I’d say that’s rude too. What a weird gotcha 😆
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/26 11:30 PM
7

Oh. Alright. Yes, it’s rude to say rude things that aren’t true.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/26 11:08 PM
3

How did I prove your point?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/26 11:05 PM
11

How?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/26 07:39 PM
2

Right?! And it has absolutely nothing to do with the combative personality, for sure. Man, I love your username!
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/26 07:36 PM
13

There is no polite way to say that. There is no need to say that. It’s not true.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/26 05:32 PM
3

Yup, curious
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/26 05:02 PM
2

Im just curious 🤷🏻‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/26 04:46 PM
3

Honest question. Are you successful with women?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/26 04:36 PM
4

Rude is rude.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/26 04:22 PM
3

The combative and contrarian nature displayed by most of them is so exhausting.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/26 04:18 PM
3

What obvious reasons?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/26 04:16 PM
6

Is a happy relationship not everyone’s goal?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/26 04:15 PM
4

Oh. I was truly trying to figure out his point! So you’re saying that horrible behavior is ignored is the person has a blue pill flair?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/26 03:53 PM
10

Case in point of what?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/26 01:47 PM
10

I completely agree. The amount of times I’ve heard women say “well at least he doesn’t… insert horrific behavior” to excuse not great behavior is astounding.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/26 02:04 PM
9

I truly think they meant to say disregard.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/26 02:00 PM
-1

Exactly “not all men” is used as a weapon to invalidate women’s valid fears of being hurt (physically) by men. “Women aren’t a monolith” is used to explain dating preferences. The whole thing is disingenuous and this particular poster won’t even say what they want from the discussion. Which leaves me to guess… and my guesses aren’t nice.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/04/26 03:17 PM
2

How would it serve you if I acknowledged/agreed with you?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/04/26 03:13 PM
1

Why do I have to acknowledge it? What purpose does it serve?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/04/26 03:04 PM
16

They are both valid. Neither of them “work” though. If the goal is to enter a relationship, people have to set aside stereotypes and take people on a case by case basis.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/04/26 03:00 PM
19

I absolutely believe that you think the risk outweighs the reward. I’m not sure I understand it though. But I don’t need to understand something to believe that people think or feel something.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/04/26 02:57 PM
3

Look. I’m not backtracking. There are tons of comments here from women saying that they won’t approach men that they WANT. I already said I have adjusted my original opinion and you refuse to adapt. You’re being argumentative and this isn’t productive. I’m sorry you feel that women don’t want you. I’m sorry for anyone who feels unwanted. I wish you good luck in finding love!
/r/PurplePillDebate13/04/26 12:25 AM
1

No I do not think that nobody wants men. It’s just not true.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/04/26 12:16 AM
1

I truly believe that most relationships are started my men approaching/pursuing women. I’ve never not believed that to be true. It just makes me really sad that there are so many men that think they are unwanted. Honestly, like it breaks my heart if I think about it too long.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/04/26 11:23 PM
2

Oh, my bad. My opinion changed as I read more🤷🏻‍♀️. I truly thought that people pursued what they wanted and was proven that’s not true by reading the thread. The comment about being unwanted still stands though, since it seems that (from these comments) women will be interested in a man and not pursue, that it is possible that there are men wanted out there and don’t know it. Isn’t the whole point of this sub to change people’s minds? I’m an adaptable person… so my mind was changed. I made a co…
/r/PurplePillDebate12/04/26 11:03 PM
3

I think it means that you haven’t come across someone YET. But from reading these comments, it looks like a lot of women won’t approach. So it’s super possible that there are women out there pining for men they won’t speak to🤷🏻‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate12/04/26 09:55 PM
2

Maybe it means they don’t WANT a man, not that they can’t have one.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/04/26 08:41 PM
3

I assume that 75% of women would not reject a man the wanted to approach them.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/04/26 06:43 PM
2

I assure you, we can absolutely have everything. People can have anything and everything they want if they work for it💃. Well, and with a little luck.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/04/26 06:42 PM
22

I chased my husband 20 years ago. He was (and still is) super shy and I was in love at first sight. People, in general, will pursue what they want.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/04/26 06:21 PM
1

It is rather difficult.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/03/26 08:27 AM
2

It must be difficult… for your mind to not be your own. I wish you luck with that!
/r/PurplePillDebate29/03/26 11:21 PM
3

I’m great! How are you?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/03/26 11:07 PM
27

Imagine making this statement and then asking for respectful answers. But I suppose your brain is full of things other than manners?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/03/26 10:46 PM
1

I do say so. Where are you at on creating a scholarship for men? Have you started yet or are you stalling?😊
/r/PurplePillDebate28/03/26 05:37 PM
1

lol. I wasn’t stalling. I answered as soon as I saw it🤣.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/03/26 03:42 PM
1

Right?! This guy. SMH.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/03/26 12:58 PM
0

You asked “where are the scholarships?” The answer is “they don’t exist and need to be created or lobbied for”. Now that your question is answered, in crayon, you can get to work on creating a world you want to live in.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/03/26 12:57 PM
0

You should start one.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/03/26 05:02 AM

And literally the market for a device like this would be women unable to carry a pregnancy to term. Well, and the government… the Ponzi scheme is falling apart.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/26 01:26 PM
8

Well I think we should figure out a way to make this happen.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/26 07:48 PM
18

Do I get to keep my magically imbued ability if I don’t hook up?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/26 07:04 PM

Oh for sure. I hope you’re able to work it out!
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/26 04:36 AM

A kind and intelligent person does not tell their wife they are not their type and that they’re a 5/10. I’m not surprised you can get over this hurtful comment.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/26 04:00 AM

What about this man’s personality do you like? He sounds mean and stupid.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/26 03:36 AM
9

I think you’re confusing lack of attraction and lack of action.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 07:17 PM
7

I’m not so sure this is new knowledge. I think all of our grandpas would confirm this. Well, not mine, but certainly there are some grandpas we could ask.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/25 07:09 PM
1

Im not sure I would consider it a privilege to be used by men who think I’m ugly for sex, no.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/25 09:42 PM
4

They find people or a person to have sex with them. The same way promiscuous men do.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/25 09:11 PM
8

You can. But that’s a sexual encounter, not a sex life. If you want to “guarantee” a lifetime of sex with the same person, that generally translates to marriage.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/25 05:15 PM
1

I don’t think it takes people long to figure out what is/isn’t working for them. Then a little longer to make the change that works for them.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 03:29 AM
1

Ok. Well women will just have to figure that out on their own I suppose.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 03:23 AM
3

I think you answered your own question. Men subject themselves to dating apps because all the hobby groups and classes are sausage fests. It sounds like online dating is horrible for everyone involved. There’s a big however here though. If I were to re enter the dating market today, being able to vet people online first seems way safer than going to a (your words) sausage fest hobby class that men are only joining to meet women. That’s just my thought though.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 03:10 AM
4

The misuse of therapy speak has gotten so out of hand. Like, you can’t even really talk about co dependency anymore cause so few people use it correctly.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/11/25 09:41 AM
8

It’s love bombing when it’s a manipulative technique used to overwhelm a person to gain control. No matter what the person who is doing it looks like.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/11/25 10:11 PM
2

Meh. I disagree. I think most women are not willing to engage with intellectually dishonest tripe. You can’t know what those 1000s of women think because they didn’t tell you. But go on assuming you know what women are thinking (royal you) and we’ll see how that works out for dating and relationships.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/25 12:04 PM
0

What about them? I don’t speak for them. You’ll have to address your questions to those women. I wish you luck!
/r/PurplePillDebate01/11/25 07:03 PM
1

The woman at the top of this exchange said she didn’t agree with any of them except the one about late 30s men and women under 25. As a woman, I agree with her. There, you have 2 now. Stop saying all women agree with those statements.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/11/25 05:17 PM
7

But that wasn’t a natural advantage. It was an advantage created by men to oppress women.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/11/25 01:32 AM
1

I wasn’t defending it, lol. I was saying why the prosecution of such crimes is difficult. I literally said I was on y’all’s side in the case of paternity fraud and have still been insulted and met with open hostility. Have a nice day and good luck!
/r/MensRights26/08/25 03:42 PM
2

Right?! These spaces online really make me less likely to give men the benefit of the doubt. Which is sad cause I know so many decent men in my actual life. But it makes me wonder what’s truly going on in that mind of theirs.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/08/25 02:33 PM
1

I mean, I’ve had to pay penalties to the IRS for filling out my return incorrectly on accident. As far as I know, I was not charged with a crime.
/r/MensRights26/08/25 02:27 PM
-1

Not being sure is not the same as lying. And in married couples, the husband is the presumed father. That’s why it’s not pursued. It’s really hard to prove that she knowingly lied. Not because they don’t care. I’m on y’all’s side about this issue. Paternity fraud, that is.
/r/MensRights26/08/25 01:44 PM
-1

And until you lie on official documents, paternity fraud isn’t a crime either.
/r/MensRights26/08/25 01:29 PM
2

Gosh I hope so too! I feel like people in or born to good relationships have far easier time empathizing with the opposite gender. I can completely understand how bad experiences can shape our world view but it makes me sad to meet people who talk so much trash on the other gender. We all need eachother and I think you don’t need to “understand” to empathize.
/r/MensRights18/08/25 03:28 PM
2

Truly I have this hope because I’ve seen many healthy relationships in my real life. I know that’s anecdotal and the birth rate is painting a far more vivid picture. But I’ve been with my husband for over 20 years and he’s my favorite person in the world. It was the same for my mom and dad. Those are the only two that I feel like I know well enough to speak on, but if those exist more must exist. Or at least that’s my hope.
/r/MensRights18/08/25 02:55 PM
1

I absolutely do.
/r/MensRights18/08/25 05:20 AM
2

Are you saying that men would choose a robot over a healthy relationship with a woman?
/r/MensRights17/08/25 11:20 PM
13

I personally think this is great in theory. Men that really want children but can’t find a woman can have them. Women that want children but don’t want to do pregnancy can have them. I’m sure there are glaring issues with it that I’m missing. But I think you’re correct. On its face, this seems like a really great solution to a whole host of problems.
/r/MensRights17/08/25 09:52 PM
2

That is really interesting. I would love to know what makes it different than a long term relationship. Thank you for taking the time to summarize it!
/r/PurplePillDebate06/08/25 04:39 PM
6

It truly is! I was seriously confused that this seemingly perfect man had that habit. It was just a blind spot for him and my step daughter was so happy I broke him of it as she was picking them up before I moved in, lol.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/08/25 12:52 PM
5

It for sure felt “petty”, but it was the best option for preserving my peace and a clean floor, lol. My own mother (who cleaned up after my father like a maid) told me it was “too much” and that’s how I was sure I was on the right track. Once he was presented with the bag of socks, my husband agreed it was ridiculous that he was leaving them all over. It was a great resolution to a first conflict. 20 years later the only thing I really have to nag about is light bulbs, which I could do myself I …
/r/PurplePillDebate06/08/25 12:49 PM
2

Oh I for sure am not saying men (as a whole group) are lazy! It’s super interesting though and I’d be curious to know the psychology behind why women initiate break ups/divorce so much more often than men. I have guesses, but they’re just that, guesses. I’ll look at the link and see if that has more of that in there. Cheers!
/r/PurplePillDebate06/08/25 12:40 PM
7

Or they could just pick up their socks, lol. I hate nagging just as much and I’m sure people hate being nagged. When I moved in with my husband, I asked about twice for him to pick up his socks. After that didn’t work, I started putting all the wayward socks in a plastic bag and just waited for him to run out. Once he got low on socks and asked, I explained. The most natural consequences seem to garner the best results in my opinion. He did the same thing to me with empty hangers. He just stoppe…
/r/PurplePillDebate06/08/25 11:52 AM
2

Oh you’re absolutely right, I was just wondering. I just think that men and women are so quick to make broad generalizations about one another and I wish we’d stop.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/08/25 11:32 AM

So what are you basing this assertion on? Cause the number of filings in women vs men doesn’t really spell out the reason for divorce. I could just as easily claim that women file more often because men are lazy. I don’t claim that, but I could based on the info.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/08/25 10:56 AM

How many times have you been divorced and what were the reasons?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/08/25 10:23 AM
1

Oh man! Well I’m really glad y’all have this! I was able to ride my bike around our neighborhood, but never allowed to cross the four lane highway to get to any store. Although my dad would take me to the gas station on the riding lawnmower. Which is a fond childhood memory, lol
/r/PurplePillDebate06/08/25 02:06 AM
12

There is a reason the unmarried women get default custody… they are the only provable parent. Once dad establishes paternity, he’s in the game. The rest of it is just not how it works. If dad sues for partial custody and parenting time, he gets it. The courts don’t care if mom is “reasonable”. If she withholds, she’s in trouble. Have you ever been to family court?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/25 09:15 PM
3

These instances are why parents now drive kids to activities.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/25 09:08 PM
4

There is absolutely not public transport or bike safe roads for the vast majority of kids in the US.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/25 09:03 PM
9

Exactly. It’s like we learned that kids can’t really raise themselves… as evidenced by the crippling neuroses that we suffer from now. I’ll be the first to admit that I was “extra” when raising young kids. A million things going through my head and maybe 30% weren’t strictly necessary. But they for sure made our lives better and more fun and enriched. Thankfully I didn’t marry a jerk and he still thanks me for the way I helped with my step daughter. He fully admits he never would have thought of…
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/25 08:56 PM
13

So because a mom initiated divorce, it’s fine for the dad to abandon the child?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/25 08:27 PM
19

So are you saying that it’s ok for a father to be unaware of their child’s medical needs if the mom “takes point”? If he doesn’t know, they should hold it over his head.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/25 08:26 PM
8

Are you implying that women ask for a divorce for no reason?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/25 08:22 PM
0

Just because something isn’t physically demanding, doesn’t mean it isn’t hard. I have two roombas, one for upstairs and one for downstairs. Unless mine are just terrible, they don’t really replace the regular vacuums/broom/mop. It’s super nice to be able to run them every day so I can stay ahead of the cat hair. But I still have to bust out the regular stuff to get the places the roomba won’t get and to do the thorough cleaning. And for me personally, housework is just never ending and inescapab…
/r/MensRights23/07/25 08:25 AM

I honestly think it isn’t about the specific chores at all. It’s one of those “it’s about the laundry, but it’s not about the laundry” situations. I really believe that all the insults back and forth stem from unhappy people in unhappy relationships and the quantifiable issue is division of labor. So people complain about laundry versus gutters, but it’s really just that anyone whose partner treats them badly or downplays their contribution is going to whine and it’s just the easiest example to …
/r/MensRights22/07/25 12:41 PM
10

Agreed. This sounds very similar to the conversations my sister engages me in. Different topic, but same style. It feels like an interrogation so you just answer as simply as possible.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/25 04:34 AM
1

My entire comment was a reply to a comment that seemed to view housework in a very demeaning and unimportant light. So I’m glad that if my husband feels that me cleaning the toilets is unimportant, that he keeps it to himself. I’m not sure if that’s any clearer.
/r/MensRights22/07/25 03:40 AM
0

Oh that was directed to the commenter who said we wanted a medal for tossing in a load of laundry!
/r/MensRights22/07/25 03:11 AM
3

Excellent choice! As is the other. I’m glad you’ve figured out what works best for you.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/25 02:14 AM
11

All women have decided what they want. They just haven’t made the same decision. Some want to be approached. Some don’t. Now men have to decide individually whether or not they will approach. It’s that simple.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/25 12:05 AM
-4

Oh um, well I don’t think that he is. I’m not trying to police his thoughts either. I’m not sure how anything I wrote communicated that.
/r/MensRights21/07/25 06:47 PM
5

Ooohh! Sorry! It’s hard to tell tone for me! I’m really glad that yall were able to work that out. Seriously! My husband and I had similar issues in the beginning. By that I mean communication issues, lol. Oh to be young again. I really do think it would be interesting to get empirical data on the issue. But more so I wish that we would ALL stop downplaying what others do. I would be truly lost if I had to do yard work. My husband would be equally lost trying to manage schedules. We would figure…
/r/MensRights21/07/25 05:06 PM
-1

I certainly see the issue with a self reported study. But the poster I made the comment to is doing the same thing you are saying women do, downplaying the work that the other person is doing. Everything is easy when someone else has to do it. I don’t see a problem with the way either of you perceive or do your chores. And I do them the way you do, unless interrupted.
