If you have 10 men and 10 women, but 9 of the men are murders and 9 of the women are shoplifters, the men would have an higher average. Sure, if you want to compare crime for crime who gets more severe sentencing, in each case. However, what's the argument as to why more men commit murder more than women? If your culture institutionalizes treating people as less than others based solely off of a physical difference then your culture is wrong, it's bad, and it needs to change. All the problems being reported on this thread have to do with physical differences and it usually has to do with people in the United States. 5	UPDATE My soon to be ex-wife just had my pride and joy towed out of my garage. Really? You're defending assault with adultery. Unless he's being physically attacked, he has no right to harm another person. To fight "fire with fire" would be to fight punch with punch. If she says he can't stay hard, than the equivalent would be for him to say her boobs started sagging and she dried up. ...everything went out the window when her adultery was exposed.
