I would have to find the exact numbers but it is likely at some point for a certain age grouping it comes close to that ratio. I know that at birth males are slightly more numerous than females but males die more often even as infants than females. Just want to point out those are not the same type of false accusations those are the wrong person was identified the reason they can get them off is that they force the courts to actually do the DNA test or redo crappy ones showing they did not in fact commit the rape they were convicted of. I would look at Bill Burr as an example.
