Hey bro, this was me a couple weeks ago. I was sick as fuck. Couldn’t sleep or eat. The first two weeks after she just disappeared I lost 19 pounds. Sounds crazy but it’s the truth. It’s not going to be easy, you should talk to a pastor/ religious leader for therapy and focus on getting back on your feet. The pain won’t go away. I still am heart broken and barely sleep but you have to push forward. God speed brother.

Thanks man I’ve talked to her over email couple times. She won’t call or really talk to me through any other form of communication for some odd reason. It’s been tough. I’m taking care of little man. He doesn’t really feel any pain. I’ve been drinking heavy though, most nights I get like 3-5 hours sleep. Just trying to numb the pain. I’m down like 19 lbs from stress and not eating. She says she’ll let me know on Tuesday if she’s coming back. I’ve been counting down the hours. It’s tough.

I’m praying she comes back or even just reaches back out. It’s been 32 hours and it’s so hard to sleep. I already reached out a nanny/ ABA service for support with my little guy

When I tried to talk to her yesterday, begging her to stay. she acted as if I had been abusive. Which has never been the case. I gave everything she could’ve ever wanted. Pushed her to excel, did well enough she could stay at home and be pampered.
