Same I still beat myself up about freezing but on the other hand it's like I know things will go better when I'm in a better place mentally

Microdosing psilocybin; the active ingredient in magic mushrooms is not only safer than a full trip (Next to 0% risk of anything) it is incredibly beneficial for depression and anxiety for thousands of people more than anti depressants ever could be.
