Comparing women being forcefully penetrated and men being forced to penetrate is just one of the many forms of sexual assault. He doesn't need to. If the amount of men who assault women isn't representative of all men, that doesnt mean sexual assault isn't an issue. Men assaulting women is a feminist issue, even in the west. Women assaulting men is also a mens rights issue too, before you bring it up.
