I understand where you're coming from, but I'm sorry, I really have become an asshole. At least I can admit it I guess.

Thanks for advice bro, will take this into account.

I like your advice! But it's just one thing that makes me think it might work again after all. I mean, if she cheated or was really disrespectful then i 100% agree with you. But this time it was me who made a mistake. I don't see myself messing up again because now that we broke up, i realized she really was a good girl, whereas before i didn't really care. Any input on this? im open minded

What if i was a straight up asshole because of abundance mentality and she was a good girl who i regret being a dick to? I agree with you for the most part but i'm honestly unsure about my case.

She's an ex because i was an asshole. Not due to her cheating or being "trash". She was really great which is why i want her back. Like it states in the title "unusual scenario".

What a great way to show you have no social circle. Go get some fucking friends and go out with them. Don't ever go alone unless you're new to a city or in a similar situation.

The recommended water intake for a grown man is give or take 3 liters (13cups). Did you even read my post?

Agreed, thought it was obvious. Will edit this in right now, thank you.

Peeing every 20-30minutes is over exaggerated. Personally I probably pee like every 3-6 hours not including night time.

I've heard several times that if you only start drinking when you're actually thirsty then you're most likely already dehydrated. You should drink before you're really thirsty in order to avoid dehydration. Drinking more wasn't ever really a problem for me. Sure I wasn't "actually" craving water but I could still drink it without problems. I always carry a 500ml bottle and make sure to drink it up at least 5 times a day (2.5L) and have some more glasses of water throughout the day (dinner).

I always piss before I go to bed so I don't encounter this.

Tried to look up water intake and kidneys and didn't find much, where did you get this information? Yes some vitamins are water soluble, but like the kidney thing I haven't found any information about reducing concentration of minerals by drinking more water. This might make sense if you were to go overboard with water (10-12Liters) but as research suggests, give or take 3 liters is not harmful. My background was fairly healthy. I just drank water when I was really thirsty which turned out to be…

How is it counter intuitive? If your body doesn't get enough water it will store what it has in your body which leads to bloating. If your body gets enough water it will pass through your system as there is no need for your body to store it. Look it up, it's real science, not bro science And yes you will pee more, so what?

Not really. She never talked to me about her problems, not a single time. She said she didn't want to put her problems on me. I realized I didn't give you guys enough context, may make a more detailed post tomorrow.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing, but she still wants to meet me in a week though?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
