Asshole. What if, for a moment, you stopped and reflected and maybe realized that what you are saying isn't exactly... Constructive. I don't think putting people down for their insecurities when somebody calling themselves "average" isn't even a fucking form of self boasting to begin with. If someone calls themselves average it's either empirically or they don't feel particularly good about themselves in any significant way.

Stop making so many broad overgeneralizations when your information is literally non-existent. ...On a baseline level, yes, obviously. Imagine I walk in on my imaginary wife sleeping with another woman, in what universe am I going to react differently towards her (my imaginary wife). In the moment, I might feel more inclined to be mad at the person she's cheating with if it's a guy because "all guys are bros until they aren't" and I'd feel pretty pathetic yelling at a woman, even if she did wrong me in that way but I wouldn't react to my wife differently. In my head I can rationalize that…

I have literally never heard a single person legitimately unironically say "just lower your standards" so I'm gonna say this is in your noggin'. Having unrealistic standards is a problem regardless of gender but I think if anyone outward said "just lower your standards" they'd be immediately disregarded. You aren't correct or wrong, just this is pretty irrelevant
