Dude you have some emotional wounding I'm sorry to say. It's caused some very negative beliefs about yourself to metastasize in your psyche. I can't say I know how to fix these things but I have no doubt they can be healed at least to a degree. These beliefs are held rigidly it seems. I don't know the best solution but I think its possible a good therapist (CBT; psychodynamic; maybe RO-DBT due to the rigidity, and it is claimed to be good for autistic people) could be helpful to you.

I dont love the dr k guy but I recall seeing some video where he spoke about this kinda stuff. his basic point was to try and understand what the person is getting out of this stuff 28 mins or so he asks dr k what he thinks about one of the most horrific manosphere trolls (not writing his name cuz too many subreddits auto-ban but his initials are A.T.): https://youtu.be/B_5N_aDu3u0 is this great advice? Eh I would avoid that channel, just based on a few obvious signs. Someone in this thread happened to have said "it's sort of like all red hats = MAGA now" which kind of syncs with my thoughts on this video (red hat caught my attention of course) -- while I use the term "fake news" in response to most of what comes out of Trump's mouth, I think any play on MAGA is suspect. Interesting rule of thumb. Read your comment a few hours ago and I was a bit ... indecisive over it. This year I've sought to get a bit more politically tuned in and am personally concerned that Trump wants to and is trying to go for dictatorship. I don't think its the right thing to not get more informed even if some of what's going on is no bueño -- but also do find your perspective interesting. Any thoughts on the contrast between these two ideas?

Gotcha. Sounds like he is affectionate sometimes so its good that you realize this is a positive and can look for it with others in the future. And also you see that he believes in some negative ideologies as well that, if you date him, will be bad for YOU and your mental health in the long run. Bruh, Charlie Kirk? Yeah, gotta get away. If you have BPD, find a DBT therapist with this as your presenting issue. (DBT is great though practitioners, I've found, can be a mixed bag. Had better experiences over time.) (Or, Schema Therapy, I love it but never found a practitioner.)
