For one it seems boringly plain, and second it's not a particularly great look. You can attract hippy grungy stoner chicks even if you're not dressed like any of them, a friend of mine is king at this. Try switching to well fitted jeans and maybe popping on a blazer/sportcoat overtop of those tshirts.
