1	How to argue "teach men not to rape"? Comparing running over someone against raping someone is a little crooked in my opinion. Rape is no accident, and it is true that under the circumstances presenting opportunities many men would consider excercising their advantage of muscular superiority. Remember Lord of The Flies? It is not a matter of "teaching men not to rape" of course, as a man I find this as offensive, but is a matter of teaching everyone to strive to be a better person.
