Actually I looked it up today. They're separate, competing campaigns. Movember is a charity which aims to spread awareness and raises funds directly for prostate cancer. No shave November is apparently meant for everyone to stop shaving and donate the money they would have saved to a general cancer fund. Not really ironic if you take the perspective of "theredpill" or PUAs, namely that women largely desire to submit, but refuse to admit it consciously. Larry Summers lost his position at Harvard for suggesting that causes other than discrimination are possible for the gender gap at the highest levels of science. It's a nice story, but ultimately a red herring. How are we to judge when the climate is equitable, if there is no baseline of ability that we can measure against. I think it's unfortunate that our language lacks explicitly gender neutral alternatives to terms like "bitch", "cunt", "harpy", "shrew", "hysteria", "witch", etc. Even though these accurately describe women vastly more often than men, the terms have gained a common perception that they are tainted by misogyny, and this can be used to discredit someone who uses these words. Also, the more people learn Wikipedia's editing guidelines (provide references, keep a neutral tone, use the talk page, etc), the more likely that the changes will stick. The rights that I have seen advocated regarding male reproductive autonomy primarily center on the father's right to disclaim responsibility for an unwanted child (in the form of enforced child support).
