Your inability to read is not my problem man, have a good night

Okay dude ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I'll enjoy my fantastic sex life & memory of banging 4 girls a few days ago, and you can enjoy your "HE'S NOT GOOD WITH WOMEN" comments

I would start by getting traits in place that are easy to get right - mostly superficial ones. For example... if you get stronger and/or leaner, you will almost certainly get more attractive to most women. If you buy some nicer fitting clothes that are basic staples (like a black T that just fits you perfectly)... you will almost certainly get more attractive to most women. So work on your fitness, looks, wealth, living arrangements, etc. and anything where it's conceptually SIMPLE to make impro…

You think 1 in 100 dudes is having throuples, group sex, and regular individual FWBs? Man, you must live in a horny part of the world! I also think you've mistaken this post for "I am in the top 1% of athletes", which it is not But you can honestly doubt it if you want man. It doesn't change my life, only the reception to a Reddit post, yknow?

You're persistently acting as though threesomes are mutually exclusive with also having individual dates & one night stands, despite them literally being mentioned in the post as well I don't get what pleasure there is in burning down strawmans but if it makes you happy ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

And if the post was titled "I have achieved the greatest possible metric in seduction" then that discussion would be relevant lol I think you may be way overanalysing this whole 1% thing ;)

The reason you feel so empty and so inferior to these other people is because you don’t have game. Given that the post literally starts with an explanation that I'm currently feeling extremely comfortable in my romantic life... .. I'm gonna go ahead and understand that you didn't actually read the post lol Have a good day mate

I've always had a huge emphasis on wanting my dating life to be relatively natural; that's not to say that I'm currently just stumbling around with zero sexual intent and it 'just happens' lol, but I try not to get overly analytical during interactions themselves.

Yeah, there's sometimes a weird dynamic on these forums where men either don't believe it's possible to just be friends with women, or they don't really want to because they're so focused instead on the women they want to date (to the exclusion of everything else). But being good friends with women is BOTH just a nice addition to your life, because who doesn't like friends... AND a great way to improve your dating life indirectly.

I think we can probably agree that less than 1 in 100 men have enjoyed regular 3/4+somes with attractive women, and I'm content for us to agree on that being the 1% metric. You are welcome to value partner count more than I do, but as long as we're both happy, then I don't see any contention between us lol
/r/seduction27/09/21 04:15 PM

I don't rate sexual success as partner count only, though. I have a double digit (but high) partner count, but I think I'm incredibly sexually successful in those other ways mentioned. I don't want to be any of the guys I know with triple digit counts, either, to be honest.

Nah, I don't want students or money from this. The impulse to post this is more like... 1) I really like helping people in general 2) This is a particularly big journey for me and it's particularly meaningful to pass on what you've learned in a process like that 3) It's really hard to talk through this stuff in person without sacrificing your privacy (potentially relevant to careers etc) OR even worse, your partner's privacy (as I'm in an open relationship) 4) Accordingly, let's vent the urge by…

Okay, then neither is your comment because you're literally a random Reddit user lol Salt & pepper are seasoning and you're unlikely to find many people sharing your belief they aren't. I hope this doesn't upset you too much. All the best!

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seasoning The most common seasonings are salt, pepper, and acids (such as lemon juice) Idk man even if we were to quibble about the semantics of this, I think you'd lose that battle

Are you actually sure the post we're responding to literally meant rice & chicken with no seasoning? Every bodybuilder / powerlifter I know still seasons etc., at the very least with salt and pepper. Marinade can be a little more annoying to make work if you want to avoid sugar etc. so it's less common, but I still see it.

It's better to have fewer matches than more matches with people who are not going to be interested later anyway. True, but this isn't everybody. :) In fact, multiple times I've brought it up on the date and gotten a positive response because we've been able to build connection & trust first. But always looking to improve and looking for wording ideas on this one!

You've essentially just restated the categorisation in different words, and asserted "that's how proper activation works". That's not going to reconcile a claim that it's not a fundamental categorisation. Agree to disagree here since I doubt either of us are qualified to assess rhomboid EMG data to determine exactly what is "effective". As far as variations go — the typical athlete will perform a low bar back squat very similarly to a conventional deadlift. The core cues of hip drive upwards (no…

I agree with benching more often. I don't necessarily agree with adding more tricep exercise unless triceps specifically are your limiting factor (which they shouldn't be on a program like SS where they are getting more work than your chest). My biggest bench gains have always come when I've stopped fucking around with additional exercises — even skipping dips that I'd scheduled for myself — and have literally just benched and pressed. But accessory work seems to be a lot more individual and dow…

The same principles will apply in terms of proficiency and strength at the movements. You are unlikely to naturally get much larger with calisthenics, though. My understanding is that the growth hormone response likely just won't be there to as great a degree. But yes, you can expect your tendons, strength, grip, etc. to improve over the years as long as you are reasonably consistent.
/r/TheRedPill12/11/19 05:09 PM

The push/pull/vertical/horizontal split is largely arbitrary. This isn't to say that exercises can't be placed into those separate categories, but the separation isn't particularly 'fundamental'. A good pullup or chinup will absolutely work your rhomboids, which get used heavily during scapular retraction. If you aren't getting rhomboid work during pullups, you aren't doing pullups anywhere near correctly. The separation of squats into posterior chain work, and deadlifts into anterior chain work…

Yeah, I already read that page. That's actually where I got the link from for the study I used. Want to know why I didn't reference the LearnVest study? Because not only is the link to the study broken, and not only does their site now redirect to a different organisation so I couldn't go find the study, but LearnVest was not an inherently reputable academic body. Maybe they did solid analysis on their data. Maybe it's just marketing data. I don't know, because the link to the survey and the com…

It is, factually speaking, not such a dominant social norm that 90% of women expect a man to pay. From this study: "Women were split in whether they follow the traditional norms of expecting men to pay or whether they rejected these norms and were bothered when the man insisted on paying, creating ambiguity for men regarding whether or not to insist on paying the check." And some statistical outtakes: The majority of women say they always offer to pay Around 2/5ths of women feel bothered when th…

Idk man, it sounds like you're doing something wrong in your date setup if 90% are coming in expecting you to pay. Are these fancy restaurant dates or something? One thing that works well for me is having dates where things need to be brought in advance (picnics, hiking, going to a show where it's BYO, etc.) and just establishing a frame that we'll each bring what we need or want. Hasn't really failed yet.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/11/19 03:22 PM

Again, it's just not my reality. I've quite literally never — to my recollection — been on a date with a girl where she has expected me to pay. To some extent that's because I'd only go on a date in the first place with a girl that I thought was cool (I'm not just randomly selecting people to date), but even so... I just don't experience it. Where are you guys finding these girls that demand you pay?

I didn't fuck up what you said at all. Here's you: specifically, because each individual anecdote is very statistically weak on its own, some people will (rightly) dismiss it when presented in isolation. but what the rabidly anti-TRP bluetards neglect (when they demand 'cItAtiOnS!'), is that every anecdote is a replication study with an n of 1. and when millions of those weak replications compound (with virtually no counter-evidence presented to the contrary) the statistical significance compoun…

You're against people pointing out that you don't get to group a whole lot of personally-perceived anecdotal evidence together and call it statistically significant? Nah mate that's bullshit regardless of who says it, and you know that.
/r/TheRedPill30/10/19 09:50 PM

im talking about a fat tony, real world heuristic. one thats based on behavioral evidence, not on self-reporting Alright, and who says the behavioural evidence backs your model of the world? Let's say somebody comes along and tells you — "I see LOTS of anecdotes about women being glad they finally left their asshole boyfriend and now they're with someone much nicer, and they're happier. All the behavioural evidence suggests that TRP dark triad stuff is wrong, with virtually no counter-evidence."…

This is a really bad argument and I'm astounded it's getting upvotes. So firstly, we're in a community that self-selects for evidence that agrees with the sub's core tenets. People who agree are more likely to come here, remain here, not get banned, comment, etc. Accordingly, you're not seeing thousands of randomly sampled anecdotes that collectively show a TRP bias. You're seeing thousands of anecdotes that likely made their way here because they contain TRP bias, and then obviously determining…

The problem with your general question is that if 10 people answer you get at least 5 different responses that conflict, so you really have nothing of value. I don't agree at all. I find immense value in seeing various conflicting opinions on a subject — in fact, arguably more value than I get if everybody agrees on a particular issue, because it usually will give me a greater diversity of things to think about and consider.

Are you married? Why do you care? ... because I'm interested in learning more about this community in general and how various subgroups are perceived? Is it no longer acceptable to just be interested in things lol? I don't see how asking what the main TRP sub thinks of the MRP sub is in any way preventing me from reading all the subs I find interesting, making myself happy, etc. so I'm not really sure what you're getting at. I do agree with putting in hard work to make yourself happy.

It impairs your desire, not your judgement. Okay. Sounds extremely relevant to whether it was non-consensual sex or not, if it caused her to desire something she wouldn't if sober.
/r/askTRP23/10/19 03:23 PM
1

I also believe that molly doesn't impair your judgment, you just get more touchy-feely, but not at all a justification to cheat on your SO. "You just get more touchy-feely" Lol I'm straight as an arrow and on MDMA I've been at a point where I would have made out with a male cross-dresser if they'd have been down for it. It has 100% impaired my judgement some times I've been on it.
/r/askTRP23/10/19 02:06 PM
1

As a side note, if you can actually claim that being on molly is like being intoxicated, similar to alcohol This has pretty much always been the case. Why do you think it isn't the status quo...?
/r/askTRP23/10/19 01:03 PM
1

That's not what my last point means, though. If the legal system judges that there is insufficient evidence to either prove that it was consensual or non-consensual, it simply wouldn't return a "Guilty" verdict on either a slander charge or a rape charge were they to be pressed. That wouldn't be siding with either party or taking what either of them say at face value. It would simply be staying out of the situation due to not enough evidence.
/r/askTRP23/10/19 01:02 PM
1

Sorry, not sorry but that is so not true. I do squats and lunges and everything else DAILY You shouldn't be squatting daily. Even strength programs notorious for having people squat excessive amounts have you squat maybe 4x a week. How much do you squat? I have not seen a single woman squat 80kg+ and not have a solid ass.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/10/19 12:39 PM

Virtually impossible. It's super difficult to prove she wasn't on molly (in fact, you could possibly interpret OP to mean she was on molly but the sex was still consensual), and as long as that possibility exists then she'd have a very strong claim that the sex was non-consensual. There's virtually no chance that he can prove the sex was consensual to the degree that lets him get compensation for slander. (That doesn't mean she can prove the sex was non-consensual by default, either — it's possi…

It is, but that wouldn't absolve OP of responsibility in the situation. Breaking into a home is illegal, but using disproportionate force to stop them (e.g. a shotgun blast to the head of a 15 year old unarmed kid) is also illegal, yeah? Same thing. Someone can be illegally on drugs, and yet someone can still illegally rape them.

Or is it better to treat direct reports like women, and get what I can out of them, recognize they'll never be happy, and run "dread game" on them so I can get ahead? This is a surefire route to making your position super brittle and less effective. Long story short, slepped with a women who had a boyfriend, we were at a party, she claimed i took advantage of her because she was on molly This is the OP. If he brings this to a court, and the woman says she was on molly (and can provide even decent evidence she may have been), OP might be fucked. Why are you so sure the case goes his way? I can see it leading to countercharges by the state actually trying to send him to jail.

Did you read the post? Long story short, slepped with a women who had a boyfriend, we were at a party, she claimed i took advantage of her because she was on molly If she was on molly or can provide at least decent evidence suggesting she may have been, a judge & jury might very well take her side that it was non-consensual (especially if he wasn't on molly himself or it can be suggested he wasn't under as large an effect). Generally when someone is a compulsive liar I pick up on it quickly. You have no idea if this is true or not because you don't know how many cases there are where you HAVEN'T picked up on it. I don't know how much clearer I can be. I think a common mistake that TRP makes is thinking about relationships purely as a trade rather than as a possibility for value-creation, in general. By which I mean the mindset that men give resources and security and humour, while women give sex and chores and social proof, and it's all just one big transaction of things that each side possesses. If you view relationships as transactions, then of course you're going to focus on whether the transaction is lopsided or not... and if you think th…

I think in most relationships, either casual or serious, the man gives more than what he receives in return. Men perform more labor, produce more romance, spend more money, and are more dependable, helpful, and in many ways, are more capable, than what most women are. Can I suggest you're just not dating high enough quality women? Within our relationship, my girlfriend: Earns her own finances Does more of the house chores Organises as many social events for us as I do Takes care of our plants Ma…

You're confusing necessary with sufficient conditions. It's necessary to be physically attracted to your partner if you want the relationship to last in a healthy fashion. Otherwise people start looking outside for their physical pleasure, and while open relationships are fine, open relationships out of resentment or loss are not. It is not sufficient to purely be attracted to them. You need more as well. What's the issue?

But if you value people based on looks you don't have as much of an emotional range to express. Alright, but doesn't this make it even more possible for a world to exist in which a) men value women for looks, b) men aren't judged much for showing emotions? My point is that simply arguing that women are valued for looks DOES NOT IMPLY anything about how men are seen for expressing emotions. This is just... obviously possible, right? You can imagine a world in which men are highly valued no matter…

Men having emotions is seen as being bad, unsexy, weak, pathetic socially. ... I'm specifically asking you how women being valued for looks is connected to men being seen as unsexy for having emotions. Simply re-asserting that men are seen as unsexy for having emotions does not at all answer the question. men only want to fuck beautiful women and aren't judged for seeing emotion That doesn't make sense because it excludes entirely sex based on emotion if they are selecting for looks. Which is to…

Men being barred from expressing emotions or getting treated like shit for crying is completely related to beauty standards. Because like I already said men are depicted as animals who must want to fuck anyone who looks good enough for it. Women's value being beauty is therefore connected to males being pressured to be stoic. How? I cannot stress this enough - you aren't connecting your ideas or seemingly even making an attempt. The idea that men are seen as wanting to fuck any woman who looks g…

In a world where superficiality was not the framework for hypergamy, it would still be entirely possible for women to find expressing emotion unsexy Not entirely true. Lookism is connected to male dominance & male superiority completely. That's why women are valued for their looks more than their minds. It's an easy way to oppress & silence them. Clear enough or should we explore that more? Of course it's not clear, because instead of responding to the point (in a nutshell — women could still fi…

I think you should focus more on learning how to connect logical links in arguments, because simply picking out buzzwords that sound cool isn't persuasive. Hate towards women's sexual agency has to do with the fear that women will express their sexual agency superficially which the same way a male would if they were desired as much sexually as females are. You spent a lot of words getting towards a pretty unobjectionable idea - yes, men worry about women not instrinsically loving them. This is s…

I mean, you could say exactly the same thing about the mean. It's always going to be more useful to see the entire data set visualised, but insofar as it's often easier to talk about a single number... both the mean and median can be useful. It's also, for the sake of good discussion, just useful to understand the difference between the two, which is why I'm making sure OP does given that they discussed median in the first post and since switched to mean, when the two aren't interchangeable.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/07/19 01:47 PM
1

Again - I'm responding to the OP, who talked about the median from the very start of the thread. Maybe you don't care about the median, but OP wrote about it, so I'm talking to them. Additionally... I would think the median is very relevant to PPD / TRP. For example, if you had a population where some men were getting little sex (say 10,000 men with ~5 lifetime partners) and some men were getting a lot (say 100 men with 50+ lifetime partners), you would expect the mean to be higher than the medi…

Dolan relies on a single study - the American Time Use Survey - which primarily tries to figure out what people do with their time. It isn't well geared towards measuring happiness. The idea of a 'wall' is a barrier you can't break. Yes, unattractive guys at the age of 30 without much income, social proof, etc. will find it hard. You realise that something doesn't have to be intelligent for people to want/believe/propose it, right? And that my claim is about what feminists want/believe/propose, not about what is correct. I'm simply showing that lots of prominent feminists don't want to disregard male disadvantages. In fact, they're actively writing ARTICLES about male disadvantage. Whether you think they're correct or good writers is completely besides the point.

That is what equality is. The good and the bad. A desire for equality is only one component of feminist ideology. Another - HUGE - part is the belief the world can genuinely be improved and a more egaliatarian, kinder place. Feminists want both, and this isn't contradictory. Keep in mind that there are many possible 'equal' societies: You could have a society in which all people (men and women) are constantly beaten half to death, for example.
