| 1 | Blatant Double-StandardThe man isn't always arrested in Washington. I had a friend involved in a domestic violence dispute, and my friend (the woman involved) was arrested, not her boyfriend. My understanding of the law is that when the police are called for a domestic dispute, someone has to be arrested, but not necessarily the man. But that's just how I've heard it.
