... which 100% contradicts what that site says. Prostate cancer research isn't being cut; Prostate cancer awareness research is.

It's really not a big deal at all, and it's almost embarrassing how up in arms some people here are getting; I'm not a MRA, but I am a guy, so I feel like this subreddit affects people's perception of every male. This is the currently ongoing prostate cancer research the CDC is conducting. As you can see, it involves no actual cancer research as the funding is solely for prostate cancer awareness research, i.e. finding different ways to communicate prostate cancer related info to the public and …

Wow, huh. I've never understood the whole "bras are hard to remove" thing. It's literally just a hook and a loop. Bra clasps are literally just enlarged versions of velcro.

Wasn't this taken from a story on Reddit? I've definitely read this before a bunch of times.

If you're comfortable during moments of silence, you'll probably be comfortable during all other interactions, too. It's only awkward if you make it awkward. You know how good friends have those "friendly silent" moments where they just acknowledge each others' presence and take in the moment? It's kind of like that. There doesn't have to be constant conversation; just take in the moment.

Having someone help you for a small task like this causes them to trust you more. The idea is that, if they've helped you, you can't be that bad of a person. Common tactic in conning and social engineering.

To be fair, when a a small mistake like that is made, people tend to not notice it.

If I'm wearing sunglasses around, I take them off and put em on my head if I talk to someone for more than a moment.

If they're funny, tell them. The problem with self deprecating jokes is that they're easy to make (so a lot of people do), but hard to actual be funny (most have been heard and/or are just bad).

I didn't say you needed to wear a watch; I was just saying if you were to wear a watch, it would be because the watch looked nice and not because you would ever need to know the time.

You don't wear a watch because it tells you the time. You wear a watch because they look nice. Same deal with belts. Your belt shouldn't be holding your pants up because your pants should already fit fine without them.

Don't forget that fire can kill multiple zombies. While the death may be slower than you'd like, it's very likely the fire will spread amongst nearby groups of zombies, easily increasing your kill count.

I used to swim competitively. When I did, I was working out 5-6 days/week, for about two hours at a time. Now, it's down to 2 times per week, for about an hour each time. Pretty big downgrade :/

It's a good target to work to, especially for general fitness; you don't need to be exceptionally strong to start, either. I actually hate exercising/lifting for the sake of exercising/lifting, too. I only work out twice a week or so, but try to parkour as often as possible. Buuuuut, to answer your edit in the OP: It hasn't really at all. I never bring it up, and people don't usually ask, "Hey, do you by any chance parkour?" The couple times it has been brought up (usually by friends who know th…

I parkour, but I don't see how this matters here. Bringing it up without context just comes off as arrogant. It's not too useful for getting into shape because, to do parkour, you have to be in reasonable shape to begin with.

Accept her offer to help. Try and take in whatever she teaches you because, assuming you're in some form of higher education, this is way more important than just one girl. That doesn't mean you can't still flirt with her, though. Your normal game still applies; just put it second to learning.

When I was in high school, I took this creative writing class. The teacher was amazing at helping us improve our literary techniques in order to better convey emotion and, more importantly, intent.

You probably got laid because you could relate to whomever you were talking to, not because they thought you were funny for liking The Office. Not to say that they didn't think you were funny, it's just that, if they did, liking The Office probably wasn't their reason why.

Well, my point was everything outside of the parenthetical. The parenthetical was more of a sidebar. I'm not close-minded at all. The point is that I'd rather tell my own jokes than rehash ones I don't find funny, and why would I retell jokes I don't find funny?
/r/seduction27/07/10 03:56 AM

The problem I have is connecting yourself to other people's work as a source of humor (especially one that I don't find funny at all, but that's opinion). I mean, telling someone's funny joke or story is great every so often, but if all you're doing is passing along funny bits of whatever to people, then are you really funny yourself?

No, I was implying that "monkey" is sometimes used as innuendo for "penis." But, wow, the fact that "gay" and "guy" are so similar made your post very confusing.
