Tldr; not everyone will say hi to you or others and it's nothing personal. A longer response - more of socialskills Intent vs impact. Thanks! I feel like people are reading into too much of your situation. Like a lot of these responses are really specific with a lot of assumptions and slippery slope - a lot of follow up hypothetical situations. Maybe reframe it to not everyone you have long conversations with have to be a potential gf/hook up. Maybe that's how she is - some people are "super friendly" or they want attention/followers, some people wear their wedding bands and others don't.
