Could be argued that it's different from arrogance/confidence though.

Also invented tablature if I'm not mistaken, a way of reading music that isn't manuscript which is so much easier for beginners.

He had the most eloquent arguments and actual facts, reliable sources and they'd just try and pull him up on one thing, using outdated statistics. He even said he had a feminist academic giving him his information for fucks sake and they just dismissed it straight away

I went to India last year and started off with a friend to do a trek in the mountains but then we split up. Best time I've ever had, if you want to talk to someone, there's always someone cool at a hostel, if not, put some headphones on or keep to yourself. There's no inhibitions when approaching strangers, you're just a person. You kind of realise that back home as well.

I wouldn't say this guy was waking up, he did sound like he was having a bit of a pity party and had a pretty immature way of looking at things. Some of the responses were pretty bullshit though, especially the "don't call us females" one. I'm genuinely astounded some people got on board with that. You are a female? By taking this offence to it, you yourself are making it a derogatory term. Fucking ridiculous.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
