If she’s open to it, the only option you have is to prove it. Do the work, get help, change. Find a hobby that doesn’t involve other women. A grand gesture and follow through. Do NOT even begin down this road if you cannot follow through- leave her alone if you can’t stick to something. Fixing this requires 100% long term commitment and some discomfort (facing your demons) in order to get to a new normal.

Agreed. Use the shame against her.. it goes away over time and she will fight you hard later. It’s hard I know but bring it down.

This is harsh but it’s reality: What you’re saying is you’re having an affair. There is no way you really know this new person, infatuation is fleeting and definitely not true love. You have young kids- giving up like this/cheating shows a true lack of effort/values. Do you even realize how horrible your actions are? If you put half the effort you are putting toward your new infatuation, toward your NEW FAMILY- you would very likely have a better marriage/family life and not be in this situation…
