It was an acting class in college that finally gave me an appreciation. After 18 years of reading and analysing Shakespeare in the British education system, a single college class in my first semester taught me that he's supposed to be spoken out loud. $200k well spent!

When it comes to skincare, keep it simple. A good sunscreen (factor 50, always - I like La Roche Posay UVMune 400 hydrating cream), a gentle cleanser with no fragrance or harsh chemicals, and a moisturiser. They don't have to be expensive. CeraVe, Aveeno and Cetaphil are great brands. I'm glad you said this. I don't lift. I could never get into it. Like, I would do it for a few weeks at a time but couldn't keep it up consistently. I do dance though, and that I've done consistently my entire life with only a very short break here and there.
