| 1 | Wouldn't it make more sense to gain REAL confidence rather than just throw your self out there and approach over and over?Here's my opinion. When you go out there and practice, you gain confidence. Let me give you an example: You play a video game. When you first play, you are unsure and nervous because you will probably get owned. But when you keep playing and keep playing, losing and learning you eventually get better because you find out what you did wrong and fix that problem.
