Might be saying that his forearms are jacked in the first pic? As in he is smart AND athletic? Whereas the Hollywood actor is fat.

>If I work out I'd get muscle so I'd avoid it I’ve noticed a few people say things like this in the thread. Even with weightlifting, women would typically look like a female volleyball or soccer player muscle wise, which are generally regarded as attractive. Giant muscle monsters on instagram are on steroids. Women can’t naturally get all too muscular due to their hormones. (High estrogen, low testosterone) Here is a world record female weightlifter for example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a…

Personally, I was doing a 6 day PPL and despite eating good and sleeping a lot I was stalling hard on my lifts for many months. I kept the program, but started doing it more like 4 times a week, taking rest days when I felt like it. Suddenly, I could much more reliably hit new PR’s. Sometimes I could only get a few reps in for each set, but usually after another workout or two I would succeed in filling out the sets with the proper volume. I think CNS fatigue is a factor. For example, after a re…

The average women won’t care about that number because they have no context to put it in or what that number represents. What they will notice though are the meaty forearms, wider back and shoulders, thicker neck, and abs that come with it (being 15% bodyfat or lower.) There is a strong subconscious effect on their aesthetic attraction to you. https://ibb.co/vd2BXWj

I never said they have all already hit 1/2/3/4. But many of those nerd friends have taken up things like running 15+ miles a week, bouldering, and yes weightlifting. 1/2/3/4 is just a common strength benchmark beginners like to aim for, and the redpill is big on being a gymrat. 1/2/3/4 is also around where people start to seriously notice your gains and you start to see a big difference in your success rate with casual encounters. I’ve personally hit 1/2/3/4. Benching 225 or more is surprisingly…

To contrast how the genders speak on the topic of fitness on this sub. The majority of men on this subreddit are constantly talking about how important it is to go to the gym and get muscular if you want to do well dating. And not just a little like doing pushups occasionally and walking the dog everyday, but rather spending years in the gym to hit high stats. I was just curious how women view this phenomenon.

That isn’t how much I deadlift. The 4 in 1/2/3/4/ means a 4 plate deadlift (4 plates on each side of the bar, each plate being 45 pounds. The bar itself weighs 45 pounds. Add it up and it becomes 405 pounds in total.) I can see why you might have been confused though. It is a jargon term among weightlifters.

I didn’t? 1/2/3/4 is a common benchmark in weightlifting for men to pass to go from beginner to intermediate.

I just want to commend you, those are some seriously impressive lifts.

Assume that you don’t have to worry about the guy coming after you at all, but he will spiral into months of depression and heartbreak. Feel any remorse? Sure, if you don’t do it maybe the women would just find someone else to fuck and the guy would still get heartbroken, but you don’t have to be a participant in this immoral action. I personally wouldn’t fuck a girl lusting for me if I found out she was in a serious relationship out of a sense of duty to my fellow man and the bro code. I can fi…

But doesn’t the red pill look down on women? The oldest teenager in the house, AWALT, etc. The subreddit perceives women as sociopathic hypergamous manipulator whores ready to backstab you and branch swing the second you lose frame or show any weakness. It describes them as lacking virtues such as honor, loyalty, honesty, or self awareness (hamstering, light switch effect). They may be fun to have sex with but a woman who isn’t interested in fucking you isn’t worth being friends with because the…

Why do women constantly blame men for not making them orgasm? If a guy can’t cum for whatever reason (I’ve heard some guys have trouble with this due to excessive deathgrip while masturbating) he doesn’t blame the girl. The problem is that every women has a unique list of requirements for their orgasm. Some can orgasm from just PIV at a certain angle. Some need you to reach down to the clitoris and stroke it in a very specific way, that contradicts what a different women said she wanted done to …

It’s because they keep getting told that confidence is the key with women, and if you don’t have it, fake it till you make it.

Btfo as in just responding very aggressively and sharply to probing shit tests, rather than sarcastically with humor such as in agree and amplify. Just guys with an air around them that they aren’t to be fucked or trifled with. They respond with something similar to the red pill’s “nuclear option” quite often. Blows to the girl’s ego and self esteem deflate their will to fight for a little bit, and establishes the man as above her in some way, making her desperate to regain his approval. The wor…

Thanks. I read some of the other responses in this thread from men, and I found most of them pretty silly. There is no sizeable demographic of women who look down on guys for putting effort into their skincare. This reminds me of the argument I hear some women give that they avoid weightlifting because they fear it will make them too masculine and turn off guys. In reality, men who weightlift appreciate a women who shares their hobby. It’s similar regarding the likes of skin and beauty care. Wom…

I’m not lying. Fat women in the social circle still get invited to the house parties Chad and his friends throw, and the men on the team still like to chat with them a bit. Some of these fat women are basically beta orbiters that Chad might take advantage of as an emotional tampon or asking them to be the designated driver for him, but personally I haven’t seen much extremely negative talk about them in private. The high value men aren’t cynically taking advantage of and exploiting these orbiter…

The men definitely engage in dirty locker room talk, like talking about how fat the asses are of different women in their social circle or saying a certain girl would be hawt if she was less overweight, but the immense revulsion towards ugly men is something that seems more unique to the women. Men would talk about whether they would tap that ass, but they don’t really hold any ill will towards the less beautiful women and are mostly indifferent to them. In contrast, the women would get worked u…

I have a sister who is just 1 year younger than me. I’m around her friends a lot too. It provides a startling insight into the average feminine psychology. They party often, drool and pine over the local Chad they are pursuing, and speak harshly and extremely negatively of the men they reject behind closed doors. “He’s 5’6, he’s practically a midget hehehe giggle” “I was viving with this guy, but then he took his shirt off at the pool party and he HAD ACNE ON HIS BACK EWWWWWW giggle“ Etc. I’m no…

Maybe he got embittered by that experience, and then got exposed to the Redpill and became woke on how he was getting played. I know Napoleon Bonaparte for example was pretty bluepilled and got taken advantage of by his wife, despite his alpha leader of men personality when it came to politics and warfare.

What do I need to add to make it high effort? I already added some interpretation of the rose emoji. I think an S Tier celebrity directly mentioning the red pill is worthy of discussion.

FDS is all about dating, it’s in the name. It really is the Redpill for women, and is similarly aggressive in achieving better outcomes for them. Whereas a Redpiller spins plates, a Pinkpiller figures out how to extract as many resources as possible from her harem of Beta Orbiters, while locking down Chad in an LTR. FDS offends men because it uses underhanded manipulative strategies similar to the redpill, and it looks down on the fuckboi male nature of many of the “moids” and “scrotes.” However…
