I see it as meaning the quality of the product is deteriorated The Game is still a decent book. He's just branching out his brand. Not everyone will buy into it but hey, Strauss is a businessman before anything and there's absolutely nothing wrong with that.

Don't. It's a violation of Reddiquette.

I know this is an old post but I'd also appreciate if you could PM me the name of this book as well. I'm not a "PUA" but am more interested in the social dynamics you're describing. I won't go overboard with it; it's just my curiosity is killing me after reading your amazing story. Thanks man I appreciate it.

The US metal scene isn't as prolific as the European scene for sure if you refer to the map of countries by metal bands per capita. (Sorry for going off on a tangent; I'd recommend checking out /r/metal for some more awesome stuff)

HOLD THE LINE Absolutely. Studies have shown that keeping your silence entices the other person in the conversation to talk more. Hold your ground like a boss if going in for the apocalypse. If you had the balls to start, use your balls to finish. No pun intended.

Can't get off the topic of school without seeming awkward. I had this same problem until I learned to not lead in the conversation initially. What I mean is, don't talk about yourself/your plans first. ALWAYS ask her questions first. You can open with school (i.e. hey that organic chem test was a killer, huh) but then quickly branch out into her personal life (so where are you from by the way?) and then use her conversational "threads" to ask more questions/make some interesting observations/jok…

I also heard that it has one of the highest concentration of hotties in the world There are a lot of attractive women here but they would be very difficult to even stop to talk to in most settings. NYC is pretty much the busy city; everyone is on their way to something and nobody has time for you. There are some pretty awesome concerts, bars, etc. here which open up chances but outside of that, your luck will probably be minimal. Also, NYC is a hipster girl haven if you're into that type. As for…

You really don't. Its romanticism wears off quickly after you realize its ultimately just a fuckton of people cramped in a small place.

I should mention is that I was an approach coach with Love Systems for about a year This is a pretty big deal. If you're allowed to, you might want to add in as a subtitle "Expert Advice From a Former Love Systems[TM] Approach Coach." I'd definitely be more drawn to pick up your book if I saw that on it.

Post in reference: http://www.reddit.com/r/seduction/comments/h0uco/stop_with_the_bitches_love_one_reason_why_you/ (Posters seemed to agree with afungi's opinion but objected to the censorship) I love this subreddit afungi and the fact that you noticed something, took action, and then revised your action based on democratic opinion shows your proactive nature in this forum. You should be applauded for that type of mentality, not berated for it.

but I seem to have forgotten how to as I have aged. Don't give up on it man. Aged years does not necessarily mean that you have to play down your game at all. In fact, I'm sure a lot of women prefer older guys with a little bit more wisdom. Out of curiosity, how old are you?

Well, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. An AFC's 10 might be an experienced PUA's 6 or 7. The HB scale just helps capture the experience from the perspective of the poster. In that regard, relative preciseness is unimportant.

I don't see what's so wrong about HB. That scale is not an attempt to demean women in any manner; the HB rating simply conveys to the reader of the post how attractive the woman looked in the perspective of the PUA. The HB rating, although obviously based a lot on physical attractiveness, could also account for personality, intelligence, outgoingness, and a host of other factors important to the PUA. Lets face it, most men do rate women on some type of scale and I think HB simply acknowledges th…

Watching more awkward pickups helps build inner games. The reason you feel pained just watching them is because you are connecting with them so deeply on an emotional level, triggering your mirror neurons; http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mirror_neuron#Empathy

I hope you do continue this weekly feature. This is definitely a solid post - great content and you did some awesome work with bolding important points and hyperlinking all relevant content. It's unfortunate I can only give you one upvote.

I hate when this gets reposted on seddit again and again. Being attractive of course helps and will probably win over people temporarily, but you won't make any long lasting relationships by just being an attractive dick (no pun intended).

Wow, before noticing OP's username, I thought "civil engineer" was some new PUA term to indicate a really skilled opener of near mechanical efficiency. But yes I agree, AA has made me self-conscious on many occasions but it's important to remember that the thoughts in your head are not recognized by anybody else unless you vocalize them.

Give it some more time before you choose to take the first move. I'd suggest that if she continues to delay, send her a flirty and somewhat abrasively cocky and directly brief text sometime at night like "Hey, you forget about me already? Lets reignite the spark we had at the club that night ;)... you in or out?"

Nice one. Seems like the ganja did a good job of lightening the mood and you capitalized on it well. Do you plan on ever contacting [HB07Artgirl] again or do you expect that this will stay a one time thing?
