my friend you're being a complete idiot judging from your responses on this thread. i ask you to think back to your idiot friends whom everyone gives advice, he thinks he knows better, then gets fucked. this is happening to you. don't believe us? fine, take precautions then. document all details from when she kicked you in the balls. did you go to the ER, did you mention it to your doctor? was it recent? go in to your primary doctor and get your balls examined; documentation will help, especiall…

if you are not old and don't have arthritic shoulders keep lifting as you are and make sure your shoulder routine is complete and thorough. i had the same problems, and when my shoulders strengthened, i've transitioned from dumbbells to the barbell without a problem with no further shoulder pain. tightness yes, but not pain. weak shoulders will obliterate your ability to bench with a barbell.

No spine surgeon is anti-physical therapy; but he's right you shouldn't be doing power lifts. he's probably anti-heavy weight training. Buy you're doing muay thai three times a week, then worried about herniated disks and back pain. there's a disconnect here that i'm not understanding or you're not sharing. just start lifting; the difference is, you should increase weights SLOWLY. start iwth body weights, then hit the dumbbells and barbells. try it out; if it hurts, you know your limit, if it do…

Discipline. Lifting builds discipline. Nothing about the gym is convenient; it involves taking time out of your day, driving a distance, then driving back home. It makes you hungrier, and if you're already maximizing your hours worked, the sleep you got before just doesn't cut it anymore; you gotta find another hour to sleep. It hurts, it aches, it affects how you move and function. It costs money, both in fees and food. Gymming isn't about motivation, its about discipline. And when the discipli…

I'm sorry but I do not agree with this. Alcoholism beats out all of these plans. Psychiatrists, psychoanalysts, and psychologists have spent generations and centuries and careers trying to beat alcoholism. To think you can beat it with the tips and guides here is very naive. Alcoholism is a totally different animal. She needs to see a counselor. What you do besides that is totally up to you. I do agree with either nexting her or learning to live with it. Best of luck.

i think the peak of maturity in relationships is understanding that what drives women will never be what drives men. it's a hard reality to face, and initially was met with hatred. the hatred is improving, but the process is not yet complete. good point about more than once a week...so far hasn't been an issue. we will see.

its my flaw...after enough failed relationships (from admittedly losing frame and acting like a bitch), i pointed the finger outwards instead of inwards. it's taking a while to shake off. hated women because it was easier to hate myself, then just ended up hating myself and women, then loved myself. the main reason for sharing is to illustrate that losing frame and degenerating has the potential to ruin relationships just as much as rediscovering one's self has at fixing one's life. it goes both…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
