UD seems to be completely IP based. Clearing cookies will not work. I downvoted a couple of entries in firefox then opened up the page in Chrome and the option to downvote simply wasn't there. As soon as I got a new (dynamic) IP address I was able to downvote again. Too bad because I was willing to give iMacros a go.
