Actually for women having a body fat percentage below 10% to 13% is unhealthy. To be reasonably fit women should have between 21% and 24% body fat, with the leanest athletes usually having between 14% and 20%. So yes, it would be hard for a woman to get down below 8% body fat without steroids, because it would be unhealthy for them to do so. But I don't understand why you see to think that women need to have so little fat to be healthy at 6 feet and 200 pounds.

It depends, you can be 6' and 200lbs and healthy if you're very active. But you could easily be lazy and fat and be the same height and weight. Simply knowing height and weight is not usually enough information to judge someone's health.

Those are good points. As for the one about leaving a pretty corpse, when we covered suicide in EMT training, we were taught that men are more likely to shoot themselves in the head, while women are more likely to shoot themselves somewhere else, like the heart. Our instructor told us this was because women cared more about how their corpse would look. As for a failed suicide attempt being humiliating, I never thought of that but it makes a lot of sense. I wonder if what you discribe women doing, like taking pills when they know someone will be home soon, happens because at some level they still feel like they can ask for help. Men are frequently encouraged to supress their emotions, and women are encouraged to express them. So when men get to the point of attempting suicide, they are succesful a lot more than women are, because men do not feel like they can make the "cry for help" that many suicide attempts are.

There are other studies that correlate eating meat with a stronger immune system, higher energy levels, increased brain function, and better vitamin absorption. The trouble with that is, in cases where a not guilty verdict was returned, people would be able to harass the accused like the signers of this petition are. Anything less than innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law breed vigilantism. It allows people to think that punishment is okay, even if guilt can't be proven.

Our legal system is founded on the concept of innocent until proven guilty. If you're not proven to be guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law then you are innocent. Anything less allows for punishment, even if unofficial, of people who were not convicted. Anything less allows people to feel justified when they attempt to ruin someone's life even after they are not convicted. And as for there being more pressure to convict the phrase "beyond a reasonable doubt" is there for a reason. …

That being said here is the advice that I can give. It sounds like going back to school might not be possible if you continue to live at home. I did say usually, and that it was just my experience. And I should say that I have seen plenty of men do it too. It just seems like there are more women that I have seen do it.
