Long story short, she wants the best of both the pay package she rejected and the pay package she accepted with none of the drawbacks of either. Contracts don't work that way. It would be like rejecting a fixed rate mortgage, waiting out the teaser period of the adjustable you signed and then suing because you want the lower fixed rate now.

I love this woman. She speaks my language. Too many people don't realize the way we word things is important. Once you make that conscious acknowledgement you can start to change your speech patterns to be far more effective. People listen to you more when you don't make generalizations and hyperbole. If only I could keep it up 100%.
