100% bro. This forum is actually plagued with a lot of hard lined religious rhetoric that think it’s impossible to have traditional values without being religious. They often can’t separate God/religion from their own thinking and use it as a crutch to justify their beliefs without actually understanding what it is that they believe.

Nah. I’ve meant plenty who aren’t religious.

Agreed a 100%. I didn’t mean my comment as an insult btw. Based on OP’s other comments he does have schizophrenia so his behaviour isn’t entirely too surprising all of a sudden.

Very good post. Being a young guy myself, I sometimes lose myself in trying to master various aspects of life in a short time and obviously shit takes time; hence when I don’t see “results” within a short time frame - my ego tries to kick in and berate my inability to accomplish those things. But like you said, it takes time. Even putting my ego on a leash takes time. However I will say that it is important to be patient without being complacent.

I agree however I would commend the book for offering a simple explanation behind assets, liabilities and wealth management.

Well life hit me in the fucking face so I was given the choice to actually backup what comes out of my mouth and pursue the red pill or whine and complain for the rest of my life. Sometimes it’s catastrophic events that force us to evolve. My father died at a young age, I went through bad breakups, physical fights - they all made me who I am. Except I chose who I became based on my responses to those events.

This world will try and sell you happiness in many ways. Whether it may be via materialistic possessions, relationships, drugs or even sex; but always remember, that true contentment will come from only within you.

You got this. Keep your head down low, stay optimistic and put in the work. Don’t give in to mediocrity. Godspeed.

Thanks. As one of the "younger men" that this post is geared towards - testosterone has always been tempting but this post summarizes why it is tempting for younger men. Appreciate the advice.

Just because I'm unplugged doesn't mean I go around talking about me being unplugged and trying to unplug every guy I know. If they want insight and help, I am more than happy to be a help - however don't expect people to go out of their way to spread the word.

Agreed. When I first took the pill, this is something that I had to come to terms with. I was always under the impression that crying and feeling pain meant I that was weak; rather I learnt that feeling pain and expressing/feeling negative emotions to yourself isn't weakness - but when you start letting those emotions overcome you and your relationships, that's when it becomes a problem. I remember when I was a kid, I asked my dad why I've never seen him cry and his response was, "I do cry. Some…

I can't emphasize the importance of this. Every single one of my plates have expressed their concerns regarding my "idgaf" attitude particularly highlighting the fact that the idea of them leaving my life does not bother me - seems to bother them. Here's the fun part tho, despite their attempt to alleviate an emotional response from me - they continue to date & fuck me.

The dating game at 20 is based completely on looks. It's always based on looks, no?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
