| 1 | "Does this joke really make me laugh?"the thing that was RAELLY fucking me up with placing my worth on a job was that i started getting into the comparison game. by basing my worth off of my job status, suddenly i viewed people with good jobs as above me. where as before i did not give a fuck cos my self esteem was from inside not from outer circumstance. A lot of the beliefs you have are complete bullshit that are subconsciously running you and making you miserable or giving you shitty results or causing you stress. it always comes down to beliefs.
