1	I hate to give them traffic but you have to see this: "I lost 55 lbs. but gained it back because I am happy when I'm heavier." Someone needs to explain to her that weight loss is more important than what she wants her body to look like. Its about her health, the things she will be able to do in life and the only reason she was happier when big is because she hasn't got to discipline herself.
